We booked a last minute weekend away, booking two nights including breakfast in the king room for £97 which was an absolute bargain. The B&B was beautiful, right down to every last detail. Beautifully decorated and lovely and warm and welcoming. The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in and we slept very well. Breakfast was fantastic, very tasty and generous and we were offered baked beans too which we were very happy about, and the veggie breakfast was also fab. There was also a very good spread of cerials, juices etc. if you were hungry enough which we weren't but appreciated the effort. We enjoyed a game of scrabble in the evenings which was on the table in the hall and thought it was a nice touch. The hosts were very friendly and polite, there to give you recommendations on where to go/what to see and topping up your pot of tea at breakfast time. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the area, and would love to return in better weather!

Room Tip: We chose the King room with private bathroom. Beautiful room at the rear of the b&b, very nicely...

Our recent stay at Staveley House was very good. A warm welcome greeted us. We had chosen a bedroom with its own private bathroom next door and we had a goodnights sleep.TV and a selection of DVDs was a nice touch. We had an excellent breakfast to set you right for the day ahead. What more does one need to say.

We stayed here for a few nights while we went on some different walks around North Wales. The room was beautiful, very fresh and modern. Breakfast was lovely and we received lots of good recommendations about places to eat and visit in the local area. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Stayed here last weekend and had a great time. The room was huge and very clean and inviting. We only stayed one night but had a good night's sleep in the comfy bed. The bathroom facilities were clean and modern. The breakfast in the morning was tasty, the only thing that I could say to improve the breakfast was to have baked beans; but I am English, haha! I liked that we could choose what we wanted to eat the night before. The hosts Steve and Sally were welcoming and kind. I would definitely stay here again.
