We chose this park based on reviews as we mainly wanted somewhere clean to stay with things to do for the kids locally. That's exactly what we got.

The caravan looked brand new inside and was lovely and clean.

There's only a launderette on site and often a food van of some sort. We tried the chip van once which was brilliant. There's loads of shops in the area though so its not needed.

You can walk to the beach easily from the site.

The kids loved it. Great site. Would definitely recommend it.

Surf Bay holiday park was just what we wanted. Quiet, well kept and quite central for visiting
places. The caravan we stayed in last April, was brand new for this year. Spotlessly clean, and
very modern.

We came to Surf Bay Holiday Park for the first time last year and we all absolutely loved it! We stayed at their sister park in Penzance over the christmas period and it really got us excited for our easter trip away!

As usual, Kim & Nigel the park managers were delightful and happy to see us, even if we did turn up late (oops) luckily we had fantastic weather for the first couple days and we made the most of the beach, burrows and just walking around the surround villages, i dont think we will ever get bored of this place and we will be back again next year!!

We stayed in the Pipit dog friendly caravan for a week. The van was the cleanest we have come across. Our little one eyed Jack(a Lhasa Apso) throughly enjoyed the walks in the country park approximately one minute away from the van and the runs on the wide flat expanse of beach a little further on.We spent Mother's Day at Arlington court,a National Trust Property not too far away.It houses the National carriage Museum set in the parkland of the mansion.Dogs are welcome in the park and gardens as well as in the carriage museum! We were able to park right outside the caravan and found the site very quiet and peaceful. We would recommend Surf Bay to anyone taking a dog.

We stayed in the Kingfisher for 4 nights during the school Easter holidays, and had a great time. The caravan itself was very spacious, clean and filled with every home comfort. The site isn't too big and felt really safe. Our children along with others were playing outside a lot of the time. The closeness to the Pebble Ridge and the beach was brilliant, and because we had such good weather we were able to spend a lot of time in Westward Ho! without having to look for things to do elsewhere.
We will definitely use the Surf Bay site again in the future.

The caravan was lovely, clean and accommodated the 7 of us fine. Perfectly situated, just 5 minute walk into Westward Ho and 2 minute walk across to the beach. Lots of lovely places to drive out to, including Clovelly, Bude, Bideford and The Milkyway which the children loved! Would definitely recommend.

I go to surfbay year after year and I'm never disappointed, it's a nice peaceful site to have a relaxing holiday and it's a 2 minute walk from the beach, it's also got arcades and restaurants down the road for me to take the kids to at night when they get bored!! Love love love this place!!! Can't wait to return in august for 2 weeks :-)
