This camp was the last time on Dutch soil for over 100,000 Jews who were sent on after a brief stay to death camps such as Auschwitz and Sopibor. The tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable. The ground were unexpectedly lovely, as the photos I have seen of the original camp had no trees. I am still reflecting on yesterday's trip and processing what I saw and felt.
