We occasionally found Casa Rosa and staiyng there was litterally an adventure! The hostess Marisa did her very best to make us feel comfortable. And I really mean her very best! Never have I experienced such a beautifull atmosphere in a B&B or a hotel, with nice smells of herbs and discret housefragnance from Provence and the smell in the morning of Italian coffe on its best! The hostess makes her own marmelade of plums and figs, every litle thing is beeing taken care of in a manner that would deserve a price for excellent hostage-handwork. And the B&B, which after my opinion so sympathic is priced to low for a bed, is being honoured in french interiour magazins for the very sophisticated shabby schick style which is totally fullformed in Casa Rosa. Please, if you are in Liguria, dont miss this B&B!
The hostess is so friendly uncommersiall in her art, that she didnt even mention the also very fine restaurant which her husband and his parents run in the hills above the Spa Therma hotell in Pigna. Restaurant Therma (?) is also really wort a visit! Dont miss there olive tapenade and tomato-salsa which automatically comes with the bread. Those people dont do this for money, they do it out of passion.More
