“Perfect for a qiuet get-away!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 August 2013 for a stay in August 2013

Lovely cottage, equipped with anything you'd need. The garden is spacious, has a BBQ and great space to sit out and enjoy the summer. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet.
An hour drive away from the coast (either way), great to explore Brittany!

“Comfort and Tranquility”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 June 2013 for a stay in June 2013

This is a very comfortable and peaceful location, Seglien is so quite but with lots of local walks. The place is perfect for couples of any age though there is a spiral staircase.
It is well equipped, which is more than can be said for many french locations. The weather was not good but there was a selection of DVDs to while away the evenings when you cant sit outside in the garden.
Interesting places we visited were the gardens at Kerusten and Jardin d'Iris at Bubry. The lakes are easy to reach and so is Carnac and Locmariaquer. Good value and easy to book and communicate with the owners, Damian and Georgina.

“Great Stay in central Brittany”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 August 2012 for a stay in July 2012

Very quiet and cute cottage among other outhouses in rural central Brittany. Recently renovated with great taste. Small private garden with table and chairs, barbecue. Wi-fi available (but mind those thick stone walls).
The nearby canal from Nantes to Brest offers great opportunities for walking, cycling or canoeing. The Bon Repos Abbey nearby is well worth a visit. We recommend hiking on the Liscuis moors (neolithic graves). The coast is within one hour (Cape Frehel, Douarnenez). The great 'Breatagne Japon' string of exhibits (2012) lead us to visit great museums in Rennes, Brest, Concarneau and Douarnenez.

“Lovely getaway in the countryside”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 July 2012 for a stay in June 2012

We have recently returned from a short break in the cottage. The cottage itself was gorgeous, it seemed bigger inside than it looked in the photos and had all the facilities we needed. We even made use of the BBQ, despite the weather! We loved the mezzanine level bedroom, and the wood burning stove was great for a cozy atmosphere in the evening. The surrounding area was rural and beautiful which we loved, as we live in the inner city, it was so quiet and relaxing and the locals were friendly too. There was also plenty to do in the surrounding area, and great supermarkets to self cater.

“Our best ever holiday gîte”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 June 2012 for a stay in June 2012

For a couple, this traditional Breton cottage is spacious; it's clean and lavishly equipped; and it's fully modernised - everything works! We've been holidaying all over France for decades - and no place we've stayed in has pleased us so much. On top of everything, the owners are friendly!

“Lovely, relaxing stay in quality gite”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 April 2012 for a stay in April 2012

Even better than expected from the photos. The gite was well appointed with quality fixtures and fittings. Well organised and efficient communication from the owner in the lead up to our stay. Nice little village with friendly people. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Shame the weather wasn't warmer but other than that, excellent!
