We only stayed one night but were made very welcome. Hope to come back and stay longer next time. Our room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Warren House is situated in a stunning location with beautiful views from our bedroom.

We had a delightful stay as a family at this B&B. It is in a lovely location and very peaceful with very comfortable furnishings.

The room was tastefully decorated and had a very comfortable bed. The views in the morning were fantastic and it was very peaceful being in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. We found it an ideal location to explore a number of different areas in the Dales.

The host was charming and very friendly towards our Son who loved staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and received a lovely warm welcome from Kate. Warren House is a beautiful place with fantastic hosts. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Our room had a very comfortable bed, en suite with shower with plenty of hot water and again this was spotless. The communal area was great with comfy furnishings, SKY TV which is a rare find in these parts Warren House also has Wi Fi which is an added bonus! Good tea/coffee facilities in the room and plenty of yummy biscuits supplied to go with it. The Full English breakfast is one of the best we have had and if you prefer something else there is plenty to choose from, all needs catered for here, nothing is too much trouble. Surrounding area is very picturesque and Warren House is perfectly located for all your trips out around the Dales. Will most definitely be back next year.
Thank you Kate and Nick for a fantastic stay x

We traveled to Yorkshire over the bank holiday weekend to attend a family celebration and decided to extend our stay to 3 nights to make the most of our visit to this beautiful part of the country. We found and booked Warren House on the internet a year prior to travel and were delighted with our choice once we arrived. The location is absolutely stunning, literally in the depths of The Dales with superb views. our host Kate was extremely friendly and helpful, lending us a great book about waterfalls which was invaluable as our eldest son was able to find amazing locations and take great long exposure pics for his A Level .We had the family room which was cosy and plenty of space for the 4 of us with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! We loved the sherry too, what a great touch! The house was beautifully presented, my parents booked a room for 2 nights and were also very impressed with every aspect of their stay. The breakfast was great, a good selection and plenty of it, great to fuel our days of exploring the Dales. The nearest eateries are the Tennant Arms in Kilnsey which was warm and friendly with decent food and we loved a drink at The Falcon in Arncliffe, a real step back in time in a beautiful village.Kate and her family took over Warren House earlier in the summer and are doing a great job.going beyond the call of duty, offering advice, litfs and even collecting and sending an Ipad which we had left in the pub but had not noticed until we had returned home. All members of our party loved our stay,it was the highlight of our summer and we would love to revisit The Dales and stay at Warren House if we get the chance in the future. A very special place.

Returned from our 2 night stay in Warren House yesterday and what a lovely place! The décor is lovely and has a very welcoming and homely feel to the place and having just 3 rooms made it very cosy. The room was big enough with a large bathroom and great facilities with a kettle, hairdryer etc. Breakfasts were delicious and loved how vegetarians are well catered for which makes a pleasant change! Fab location and great places to visit around the B&B only thing I would say is there isn't any where to really walk to for an evening meal it is definitely a drive away. The owner is a credit to the B&B- she was so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay and would happily return again :) thank you!

We enjoyed two nights here whilst attending a wedding in nearby Cracoe. Our room was well decorated and very comfortable. Service was incredibly friendly (I ever managed to get my shirt ironed - having forgotten to before the wedding!) and the breakfast was excellent!

We would definitely recommend this to anyone looing to stay in the area.

Sam was so caring and welcoming. She even phoned the local pub to make sure we had survived our walk in the snow. Lovely clean rooms, warm with loads of hot water. Super breakfast. Perfect.
Lovely location, no neighbours. Good food at pub just down the road.

Room Tip: there are only three rooms all are nice. Drive slowly or you may miss it.
