My husband and I stayed here as we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. We stayed in Room 2 which was a large double or could be a twin room on the ground floor with patio doors onto our own patio overlooking the garden. The room was clean and nicely furnished with its own en-suite shower room with toilet. The cooked breakfast was very nice with fresh eggs from their own hens! Karen the owner was very kind and helpful when my husband was unwell (nothing to do with the B&B!) and we had to leave early. However we would definately go back to Kent House when we return to visit Leeds Castle which is very close by. Good parking and easy booking via their website.

Stayed at this pleasant B & B for 2 nights while attending a local wedding. Karen, the owner, was really pleasant and helpful. I recommend the cooked breakfast over the continental option. Rooms clean modern an well decorated. Plenty of pressure from the shower. All in all a good experience. Definitely recommend.

Room Tip: Room 2 leads onto the garden from French windows

We were going to a friends party in a nearby village and they suggested the B&B as it was close by and we weren't at all disappointed.

The booking and check-in were very easy and our room as lovely and airly with a lovely patio area as well.

Although we were going out my husband was very pleased to be able to watch the cricket on the flat screen tv and all of the information in the room pack was perfect as it gave us everything we needed (wifi codes etc.) and as there is a security code on the main door, it meant that we could come and go without disturbing anyone else.

Not only was the room and bed comfortable but their cooked breakfast is yummy. You can tell that the products are local and it was also cooked really well and there was plenty of fresh coffee for us to help ourselves too.

If we ever need to book somewhere when visiting our friends again, we would definitely book in there again.

We stayed here for a night on the way to catch a ferry to France, and chose it because it had good ratings and offered a family room at a very reasonable price, which includes breakfast and tea making facilities. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations, the family room having a double bed, with two singles in an adjoining room. Everything was sparkling clean and freshly decorated, the bedding was crisp and spotless and the bathroom spacious and well-provided with towels and toiletries. There is a well-used road at the front, but the house is set well back from it. Our room was at the rear, looking out over farmland, and we had an undisturbed and comfortable night's sleep. English breakfast is available to order the night before, but we opted for continental and there was a wide choice of food, all freshly served. The owner was very attentive and worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for one night away as we were going to Leeds Castle. Greeted with a friendly, warm smile and explained all we needed to know and left us to it. We stayed in room 1 which was lovely. Spacious with up to date facilities. The bathroom was big - shower was large cubicle. Windows overlooked nice patio and garden with chickens for entertainment. Breakfast was amazing. Had the full English - highly recommend. Parking ample for 5 rooms. Decor was fantastic.

A warm and friendly welcome; nothing too much trouble; a nice clean room with excellent shower and comfortable bed; great breakfast. What more do you need from a B&B?! very convenient location just minutes from the motorway, so access to all points.

Room Tip: Room 2 opens onto its' own patio.
