We had a lovely holiday here in our motorhome, such a friendly welcome from Fiona & Elaine, nothing too much trouble & a mine of local information. Made new friends in Steve & Liz, visited local holsteries with them & our friends David & Marion, the whole area is delightful, we will be back!

And we received a very warm welcome by Fiona one of the owners, she gave us loads of useful information about the site and all surrounding areas including great walks, restaurants etc. This little gem is spotlessly clean, ideal for nice coastal path walks - a couple of miles from Salcombe and is positioned in gorgeous countryside. Our pitch was on the main paddock with amazing views over the sea and beautiful sunsets. We were there a couple of nights and loved it!! Thanks again both of you - best site we have ever visited.

Stayed here Whitsun week with family and friends and we were very impressed. We were a bit nervous being our first camping trip with a dog and there is always uncertainty when visiting somewhere different but that soon disappeared with the wonderful, warming welcome from one of the site owners, Fiona, who is on hand to do anything she can to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. A new Reception is being constructed and there are also plans to update the toilet/shower block. (stunning views of the coast at sunset) At present they are basic but spotless as they are cleaned twice a day. The showers take 1x20p coin which gives a lovely hot shower for approx 6mins which doesn't sound like enough time but surprisingly is! (Could do with being longer for the ladies washing their hair)
The drinking water is the best we've ever tasted as it comes from a spring. The pitches are comfortable and flat, though there is a slight slope on some. The dog walk is pleasant and well kept, with handy free poo bags and a drinking bowl at the start.
Handy little shop on site for the basics and pre-ordered shopping from Tesco is delivered to your pitch. Same goes for Chinese, Indian and pizza when you get fed up with bbq!
If you fancy something different then try the shooting with Chris. Great fun for all the family.
Massive thanks to Fiona and Co for a relaxing and enjoyable week. Can't wait to return. xx

We have just stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Beautiful location and very peaceful. Everything around the site has been thought about and there are discreet signs around the place to help you find the facilities, public footpaths etc. The owners have thought of everything including the small caravan shop that is open on the mornings selling the basics that you might need. There was also the mobile fish and chip shop on Sunday evening. The owners make you feel like part on the family and couldn't do enough to help. This site has been set up with customers in mind, not just to make a fast buck. The toilets, showers, washing up areas etc. were the cleanest of any site we have ever been to. There is also local indian, pizza and other takeaways that will deliver directly,to your pitch if you fancy a night off from cooking. We found this site by accident but are so glad we did. First class in every way.

Just returned from a great 4 night stay at Bolberry House Farm. I was greeted by the warmest of welcomes from Fiona and Elaine after a very long drive from the North West and they were both extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay offering useful information and advice. Our static caravan was on a separate paddock to the main campsite and had great views of the sea, it was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The site is in a great location for exploring the local area and taking part in all the outdoor activities on offer.

Hopefully I'll be able to visit again sometime!

Rachael, Chester

Just returned from a night at Bolberry. Lovely campsite with good clean facilities. 20p's are needed so take several with you. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Our children enjoyed making friends in the small play area. Perfect trip!
Only downside is that the grass was long and we didn't take our wellies to use in the morning dew!

Room Tip: Ask for a level pitch.
