“A wonderful place to stay.”

I stayed here for two nights for my friend's wedding. It is a beautiful farmhouse, family run by the kindest, nicest people who were so helpful and made us feel so welcome. Really enjoyed the place and the room was perfect with a very comfy bed and I slept very well. The breakfast was great I loved the fresh eggs! I would definitely stay again.

On arrival my three friends and I were made extremely welcome. Barbara and her whole family helped to make our stay very enjoyable. Home from home - lovely comfortable bedrooms, super breakfasts, including eggs from the free range chickens in the farm's grounds - they don't come any fresher! Would definitely return and highly recommend.

About a quarter of the way through a coast to coast bike ride, four of us had the pleasure of staying at the Falcon House.

This is the type of B&B that flies in the face of the "traditional" chintzy B&B establishment offering contemporary yet homely accommodation.

Modern, clean facilities brilliantly attended to by Nathan, Peter and Barbara and overseen by some pretty impressive owls and a collection of chickens (with very high standards), we were made to feel most welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. Our needs as cyclists were as important to our hosts as our needs as just guests. The house and grounds with livestock and birds makes for an interesting as well as comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We are a family of five - 3 girls and Barbara and Peter rang beforehand to check how we would like the family room laid out for our arrival. We had a great space downstairs with 3 single beds in a room adjoining our double - perfect. Everything was very clean and good facilities. From the moment we arrived they made us feel comfortable and were incredibly helpful with information and help. The breakfast was delicious and everything had been thought of in advance, nothing missing. It was a great experience and very good value.

As a family we've stayed here several times when visiting relatives in Herefordshire. It really is a lovely place run by lovely people who are so caring and go the extra mile to make your visit pleasurable. Great for children - Nathan is a fanstic host and the kids love seeing him feed the owls and chickens. Really peaceful location where you instantly relax. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Stayed here for the weekend with family members for a wedding nearby. Beautiful setting with in house wildlife menagerie. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Bed was superb, almost better than my own! Barbara, Peter and Nathan are a wonderfully welcoming family who we had great chats with during breakfast, which by the way was amazing with locally sourced ingredients. Have already recommended this place to a friend and will continue too do so.

Just spent three nights with Peter, Barbara and Nathan being beautifully looked after. Our room was clean, the bed was really comfy, the breakfast was delicious and the entertainment outside was great fun! We felt well cared for and will be going back just as soon as we can!

Room Tip: All the bedrooms are lovely but I would have Room 4 again for the French windows onto the garden!
