Restaurant located in an old restored watermill. It has 3 rooms, located on 3 different levels. The menu is quite small but the tested dishes (bruschetta , risotto, fish ...) were all delicious . The staff is efficient and discreet . The cook travels between tables to ensure that customers are satisfied.
I was there for a "business lunch" and the place is quiet enough to be able to talk without being disturbed. The table is set with real tablecloths and cloth napkins, not paper! The wine of the region "Franciacuorta" is delicious. After the meal, the cook offered us the digestive and - following a question about the mill - did not hesitate to take us to the room in the basement where you can still see, while eating, the old original mechanism still turning. Would recommend.
