My wife and I and our adult daughter stayed in this apartment for one week. It was beyond our expectations. Very well equipped, comfortable, quiet and in a beautiful village, situated minutes away from the historic town of Beaune. It was evident when we arrived at this property that great thought and a lot of hard work had been done to prepare this property for incoming guests.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this delightful property.

Stayed one week in Pommard France at this great apartment. The space is large with two bedrooms and a large dining/living room/kitchen. The place is well stocked with appliances to cook some of your own meals.
The location of the apartment is wonderful, only a couple of miles to Beaune and right in the center of the bicycle route. The Patisserie and Epicerie are right across the street and are run by very friendly people.
We loved our trip to Burgundy and the owner, Carolyn made our experience even better with restaurant, activity and local attraction information. Thanks again!
After a long trip, when the door opened into 3 Clos de Pommard, I felt I'd arrived 'home.' which is what I look for when traveling. Since I had been a guest here twice before, I knew what was awaiting me. Travel-weary, it was the perfect place for me to rest, relax, and rejuvenate before continuing my exploration of France. Spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, a beautifully furnished full kitchen, lovely furnishings, with double windows in the front to block out all outside noise, a full bath and a half bath, a small private courtyard, the place is a dream vacation home. Add to that a back door that leads to parking and a front door that opens onto the village street, where you'll find a grocery store and bakery across the street, and a butcher shop around the corner. Pommard is also very close to Beaune, should you want to visit the supermarket to stock up for cooking larger meals, or dine in the fine restaurants there, or go to Market on Saturday morning. You also have the option of eating in one of the restaurants right in the village, or ordering from the pizza truck on Wednesday evening. Don't forget to visit the Chocolate/Ice Cream Shop and Wine Shop while taking a stroll around Pommard, as well. And - a 'must do' is to tour the Chateau and to take a walk through the beautiful vineyards that surround the village. It is obvious the owners Care (with a capital 'C'). The Welcome Basket holds delightful treasures for the guests. An added plus is the availability of the Thompson's property manager, who lives right in the village; she loves to welcome guests and speaks perfect English - need directions or a question answered? She's available to do that. This accommodation is just perfect for traveling out on day trips or overnight and coming 'home' to. Enjoy your stay!

A fabulous home from home. The location could not have been more sublime. Right in the heart of the village with a front door opening onto the main street with the grocery store and bakery directly opposite.
Despite the proximity of the road the soundproofing and quadruple glazing kept out all traffic noise. The kitchen was superbly equipped and the furnishings in the main room and bedrooms were comfortable.
The off road parking was a boon.
The village is pretty central to the Cote D’or with the village of Volnay just a 5 minute drive away and Beaune 15 minutes in the other direction. Lots of great places to eat and visit within a 1 hour radius of the apartment.
The owners arranged flowers to be waiting for us on arrival as a gift to my mother in Law who was celebrating her birthday during the visit. There was also a welcome pack with a few essentials such as milk and biscuits plus a bottle of Cremant De Bourgogne! The kitchen came stocked with tea, coffee, oils, condiments, herbs and spices.
If you are a wine and or food lover this is the place to stay and you can burn off the calories by walking through the beautiful landscape.
