What a beautiful view! and a wonderful home baked goodie on our arrival and the next day also .The studio was very clean and comfortable Christine was very helpful with a suggestion on dining and we ended up in the "hotel" both nights. Very good food at a very reasonable price and lots of locals to talk to which made it a lot of fun. And the stars-wow!!

We booked in for a two day creative drawing workshop and were blown away by the venue, our hosts, our tutor and the beautiful Mary Valley. This is the perfect place for workshops of this type. Malcolm and Christine were the perfect hosts and catered for our every need.

The room we stayed in was immaculate, spacious and comfortable, overlooking the beautiful valley. The meals were as good as any fine restaurant. Some of the participants had special dietary requirements, this was no problem for our hosts who prepared delicious alternative dishes to cater for their needs.

Thanks so much Malcolm and Christine for helping to make our stay so enjoyable.

We bought two night's accommodation through a package deal and sometimes when you visit a restaurant or a hotel through these deals, your welcome isn't always exactly 'stellar'. This couldn't be further from the truth from the lovely hosts Christine and Malcolm at Amamoor. The studio unit was perfect for us. We like to be friendly to others but certainly like our own space. My husband tells everybody about the wine barrels out the front of the studio apartments - how they're the perfect size for a bit of privacy but don't block anything out. The rooms had everything we needed. We certainly got plenty of swim time in at the pool - which was amazingly clean. Everything was clean. The bed was soooo comfy and the combo of comfy bed, clean air and peace and quiet I slept amazingly well. It's a perfect place to just get out and relax. I also loved the way we stumbled across the venue for the Gympie Muster (empty!) by accident. We are definitely coming back to Amamoor - maybe this time we'll stay in the Lodge to experience all the hospitality...

Room Tip: If you like to get away away from others - choose a studio. If you like to mingle - head into the Lo...

My wife & I found this B&B to be wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, the owners warm and friendly, but personally I would only do the studio apartments as they are self contained, more spacious and private compared to the rooms within the main house, the views of the surrounding property are breath takingly nice, with birds of all types to be seen.

I would have loved to have the time to be able to stay there there longer.

We have had the pleasure of spending a few weekends at Amamoor and have stayed in the Studios and also the Lodge, both having their own special feel ... beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious. Christine and Malcolm are great hosts and always make you feel welcome. They are also whizzes in the kitchen so the food is always amazing. We love the walks through the paddocks and the forest on the property, and also the walk through Amamoor State Forest to the cascades and waterfall ... a little bit challenging but very enjoyable. We love hearing the birds chirping merrily in the mornings and the break from city life. We have and will continue to recommend Amamoor Lodge B&B to family and friends. Well done Christine and Malcolm.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. We spent three nights just after Christmas and had the best, most relaxing time ever. We just loved the peace and solitude and the abundance of wildlife, especially the bird life to watch and enjoy. The room was spotless and well appointed, the food was excellent and Christine and Malcolm were the most welcoming and accommodating hosts we have ever met. Always happy to help us out with questions and about things to do in and around the area they served an excellent breakfast as well as a delicious morning or afternoon tea without any problems. A super clean and inviting pool and spa to soak in topped off the excellent facilities! Will certainly be going back again!

Room Tip: Any room is a good room here. :-)
