I cannot think of a single negative in regards to Le Sport. The quality of the food & drink are excellent. We ate at Tao on 3 nights and it was fantastic every time, but the main restaurant was also incredibly good, with plenty of choice and lots of healthy options. It was great to have a good selection of options for where to eat every meal. The service everywhere is excellent. The highlight of the holiday for us however was the spa and sports facilities. Having a free treatment every day was a real treat. The gym is very well equipped and was never too busy, the yoga classes were fantastic and I cannot speak highly enough of Neil (Tennis) and Edwin (Golf). If you are looking for a healthy holiday, then I cannot recommend Le Sport highly enough.

I have been a return guest at LeSport The Body Holiday for the past 20 years. I tried many islands in the Caribbean, but you will never find an island where the people who live and work there have such a good heart and soul. From the minute you arrive at the airport (your luggage will be waiting for YOU), you will feel welcome and happy. Victor our taxi driver is a wonderful guide and driver. Ask for him to pick you up at the airport. He will give you island info and deposit you safely at the hotel. The hotel staff could not be nicer. Stephen Husbands the General Manager, and Leonard Reynolds the Rooms Manager, are constantly moving about the resort making sure that the guests are happy and having fun. The all inclusive resort is not like any other all inclusive you have ever experienced to date. The daily activities vary from spin classes in an air conditioned glass cube overlooking the sea, to morning walks, bike trips, pole dancing lessons, golf, tennis, fit camp, yoga (with a world class yoga instructor), salsa lessons and too many more to list. The food is absolutely amazing (and that is coming from a very picky NYC foodie). Alcohol is included as well as a proper afternoon tea with beautiful scones. The desserts are bountiful, beautiful and delicious. The beach staff guarantees you a chair and umbrella and there is never a crowd or need to wake up early to get a chair. They are also happy to get you any drink you can think of including any juice combination you find in the best juice bars. Frozen cappuccino ? No problem. There are many options for dinner and you can't go wrong whichever restaurant you choose. The wait staff are top shelf and so happy to make you happy. Walter the food service manager takes pride in having the best chefs, bakers and pastry chefs. He did an amazing job organizing Christmas and New Year's Eve extravaganzas! Shernel and Diane in Guest Services are special women who will help you organize a special dinner for 2 on the beach or a special event such as a wedding. It is always a fabulous sight watching a wedding unfold on the beach while you are sipping your afternoon Pimm's. After staying in the Penthouse last X-Mas, we know how the staff enjoys spoiling us (thank you Jeremy). We did not get the room this year, opting to spend the money saved on a few extra nights. But if you want the room of a lifetime experience, SPEND the extra money and enjoy. Every day the resort includes a spectacular "treatment" at the spa. This includes massages, facials wraps, hydrotherapy ... To summarize my 20 years of loving this resort, I would recommend this holiday over any other hotel or resort you may find in the Caribbean including St. Bart's . After your first visit is ending, I promise you that you will be already planning your next visit, and will be calling yourself a "returning guest." ENJOY!!!

Our second visit to The Body Holiday was even better than our first; I never thought that would be possible, but it was! After booking an ocean view room with LuxuryLink.com, I called the resort directly and upgraded to a deluxe ocean front room for an additional $25/ day. However, when we arrived, we had been given a double upgrade to a luxury ocean front room. This meant that we had an even larger room with a refrigerator stocked with water, juices, soft drinks, champagne, and wine. The view from our room was fantastic with amazing sunsets every evening. Turndown service and the makings for tea are available nightly as is a "pillow" menu.
At dinner each evening, all guests were asked if they had allergies, and after a few days, they remembered our onions/garlic allergies. Dinner in Cariblue with complimentary wine every evening was delicious, and the waitresses always offered suggestions based on our needs. The evening of the barbeque, the chef made a special fish dish just for us b/c most offerings contained onions and garlic. We went to Tao, the specialty restaurant, twice (no fee, just an advance reservation was needed). Having spoken to the chef in advance, he visited our table to make suggestions. When there was nothing on the menu we wanted that we could eat, he said to close the menu and just tell him what we wanted and he'd make it. Crabcakes were an appetizer, but already contained garlic, so I asked him is he'd make them without garlic for us on our return visit later in the week; his response was, "Of course." Both dinners @ Tao were wonderful. We did not go to Windows speciality restaurant b/c it would have been too diffcult to indulge in a tasting menu as most dishes contained onions/garlic.
The buffet breakfasts were wonderful with many healthy choices; "unhealthy choices" also were available. Buffet lunch or deli lunch both were perfect. Afternoon icecream cones were delightful as was afternoon tea.
Many resorts have swim-up bars, but The BodyHoliday goes beyond that. My husband and I were relaxing on one of several large yellow rafts in the Caribbean quite a ways off the beach when a staff member swam out to us and said, "I'm offering drinks. What would you like?" We were stunned and asked if he actually planned to swim back to shore, get our drinks, and swim back to us with them. He said that was exactly what he planned to do. Talk about over the top service!
Tai Chi with Edwin was a joy; he is such a gentle young man and offers a wonderful experience; do not miss this. It is worth getting up early for the 7:00 AM class - currently only offered twice a week. TIP: Grab a banana from breakfast and keep it to eat the next day on your way up the mountain to class. Aqua fit was an amazing workout. It was fun as well. I went twice a day every day! Pole fitness, a December special event, was fun, too. Spoga - a mix of spinning and yoga was something my husband enjoyed in the "treetop" area. The personal trainer and stretch classes were great. TIP: Personal trainer and golf lessons must be booked 24 hours in advance (no more, no less, but no extra charge). Having a massage every day was wonderful. You can schedule your daily massages online before you leave home. TIP: The time and type can be changed once you arrive, and if you find a particular massage therapist you like, you can request her for the rest of your massages.
Entertainment is available every evening; complimentary bar and soft drinks are available all day; smoothies @ the deli are awesome. TIP: If you are on the beach, put up your red flag, and a staff member will come and take your drink and/or deli order as well as provide you with a pitcher of ice water.
There is absolutely no reason to leave this resort; it has everything you could possibly want in a perfect vacation - wonderful staff and guests, warm sunny weather, a beautiful beach, a myriad of both land and water sports, daily massages, and great food.
The only downside is the hour and a half trip from the airport, but once you arrive @ the resort, the long trip there is soon forgotten. TIP: Confirm your return airport transfers BOTH the day before and the day of your departure. We only confirmed the day before and b/c of a snafu, a BodyHoliday staff member drove us to the airport instead of the scheduled transfer driver. Final TIP: Do not book your original reservation via the resort itself; book through LuxuryLink.com and save a bundle!

Room Tip: Garden view rooms require quite a bit of uphill walking. If you can afford an oceanview room, select one on a high floor. Our luxury oceanfront room was on the first floor with a perfect view! On our previous visit, we also had a luxury oceanfront room, but it was on the second floor, and a palm tree did obscure part of our view.

I have been to Le Sport four times now. It's so easy and relaxed for singles. If you're in a social mood, the Solo travellers meet in the Piano Bar at 7.30pm and go through to the communal table together for dinner in the Cariblue restaurant. This is usually followed by drinks and dancing in the bar. Alternatively, if you fancy a quiet night, you can eat alone in one of the 3 restaurants and nobody bothers you about it. The couples who visit the resort are all friendly so single ladies don’t feel like a pariah (as I have at some other resorts). The food in all the restaurants at Le Sport is amazing, with a wide choice. The activities are also varied so there’s something for everyone, even if you’re not very sporty. The stretch classes for example are excellent. I also highly recommend Billy (Biljana Tanoskovic) at the Spa for her Deep-tissue sports massage. She could feel all the old injuries in my muscles and really helped to free up the scar tissue. Le Sport is expensive but I'm sure I will return again soon.

We travelled to the BodyHoliday over Christmas, 2013, with a large family group. It was an absolutely amazing experience! The rooms, the beach, pools and entertainment areas were all perfect. Meals at Tao and Cariblue Windows were way beyond what you expect at an all-inclusive, and in keeping with major city fine dining. The Wellness centre with daily massages and spa treatments was a luxurious bonus. Many other activities were available to keep the large group busy, including skiing, tubing, snorkeling, scuba diving, yoga and evening entertainment. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful in arranging extras, including a catamaran trip down the coast and airport transfers. Minor downside is the long ride to and from the airport (1.5 hr), but even a prolonged trip due to storm-related road damage was worth it for this holiday of a lifetime.
