“Quintessentially French retreat”
Reviewed 14 July 2014 for a stay in August 2012

Idyllic location in the heart of the Languedoc wine growing region.
The extensive views from the terrace include the local chateau and vineyards..
Although no pool when we stayed I hear there are plans to build one right behind the house.
We frequented the nearby river which we found great for cooling off on those hot lazy afternoons.
Fine walks from the doorstep help you take in the ambience of the area and its close to the Cevenne hills for those with a sense of adventure.
The Roman city of Nime and the world famous Pont du Gard is not faraway.
Easily reached by local bus to save you the parking hassles.
Anduze town is only a short distance away and offers plenty of gastronomic delights.
Plenty of local vineyards sell very reasonable quaffable wine .
