Found this place by chance as we drove through La Haye du Puits. Unlike the previous reviewer, I wasn't upset by the lunchtime menu. I guess I'm from a long line of peasants. (By the way, what is peasant food? Pizza? Chilli? In the UK, oysters and salmon were considered peasant food in mediaeval times).
The menu was perfectly adequate; service was excellent, and appropriately fast. (I'm always a bit suspicious of places that present food very quickly - it suggests too much reliance on the microwave!).
Pricing was reasonable, and the staff were friendly. We sat outside in the pavement area and watched the world go by. A very pleasant experience.
By the way, check out their reviews on tripadvisor.fr - they're mostly very good indeed.
