I absolutely lived this place! We got a owl experience voucher from groupon and thoroughly enjoyed it!! The couple who ran the experience were very friendly and obviously love what they are doing. They explained all about every bird and both myself and my children found it very interesting! I found little extra touches, like they explained a bit about each birds personality, made me all the more comfortable and made the day more enjoyable!! They obviously love the animals and take great pride in their work!! Would defiantly recommend this centre for a day out!! The kids haven't stopped talking about it since we left!

What a fantastic magical day we all had on Saturday. Walworth Castle is where we spent our honeymoon night 25 years ago to the day nearly. This ancient castle is set in some of the most beautiful country side there is and hence is so fitting for these magnificent wonderful birds, to see a Peregrine Falcon soar 200ft above the castle and then dive down at close too 200 miles an hour, to see a Harris Hawk with a wing span nearly 1 meter twist and turn through the woods a black bird would think twice about, to have an owl weighing over 4lb with a 5ft wing span land on your arm with the grace of a butterfly is awe inspiring and breath taking. And that's only part of the day, all these birds are fantastic individual creatures with their own personality and habits. The owners David and Tori have a real genuine passion for these birds, unlike a lot of attractions involving animals where the sole aim is money, WCBoP this is the exact opposite. A lot of the birds have been raised by D & T since birth so in a way are their family and this comes across when they talk about the birds, you sense the love and passion they have for every 1 of them (even Chirpy) who we now sponsor. We took our 12 year old son and wondered if this attraction would hold his interest for a full day and boy did it do just that. Thank you D & T and thank you to all the beautiful birds that made this a day to remember.

I'd like to say this was a good, value for money day out, but I can't. Those adjectives cannot describe what a magical, informative, special day this was. To get a short glimpse into Davids life and passion for the birds here was a privilege. His extensive knowledge and love of the birds is apparent for all to see. We were made to feel so welcome, and nothing at all seemed too much trouble for the staff, making coffee and chatting on what was quite a damp day. The weather, however, did not dampen their spirits and their enthusiasm, when imparting knowledge about these magnificent birds. All of the birds had their own stories, both happy and sad, but all are lucky to have finally found a place here, where they have a caring, dedicated staff to look after them. After learning about the birds, we went to the display grounds to fly owls, hawks and falcons, where they displayed their own special skills and abilities, while flying to and from our gloved fists. Some of the aerobatics they displayed was amazing. Then we took one of the larger Harris hawks into the woods. It was released, and seemed to just disappear into the woodland. Then as you held up your glove with a small food offering, it seemed to appear from nowhere, heading straight toward you, at speed, only to land very lightly on your hand to claim it reward. I think that I'm gushing a bit now, but that is because I only did this yesterday, and I,m still on a high. If you have the slightest interest in wildlife, birds of prey or the outdoors in general, I can whole heartedly recommend this hands on experience.

Walworth Castle Birds of Prey offers you a wonderful opportunity to see magnificent birds doing what they do best.. flying in a spectacular setting. You are given an informative brief on the birds and you will hear stories of the birds history both which will make you laugh and fill you with awe at just how special these birds are.

Both Tori & David work very hard to train these birds and their commitment shows in the birds performance.. enjoy!

At Walworth Castle for a wedding where a barn owl delivered the ring! So we went to see Birds of Prey centre next morning - brilliant experience from start to finish. David & Tori (the owners) are a lovely couple - very generous with their time & so knowledgeable. Stayed to watch (and take part in) the display - fabulous experience - enjoyed by old & young alike. Hopefully going back next week with great nephew & niece. Great value for money.
