The venue is easily accesible from the motorway and has plenty of secure parking. There is a bar and dining room. The rooms are like small Travel Inn rooms with en-suite bathrooms. This place is an ideal venue for a conference (the conference room is large any airy) or as a venue for a reception when guests want to stay over.

nice room well decorated, bathroom was a bit small but very clean and modern.
Bed very comfortable, breakfast was very tasty and the service was great nice to be greeted with a genuine smile. Carparking was free and plentiful and secure, WIFI was expensive i would not expect to pay for the wifi at a non city hotel. Not a Bad stay at all .

Spent 5 nights at this venue which is the NASUWT (teaching union) conference centre. Sleeping accommodation fine with TV, coffee & tea making (fair trade) facilities and a good en suite bathroom.
Conference facilities reasonably good in separate building with instant coffee machines.
Food is also reasonable and the waiting staff do their best to look after you.
The front of house team are very friendly but haven't done their customer care qualifications and don't have the same focus that you'd find in an hotel.
Internet was a big issue for me. The website says that it's available for a 'modest fee'. £10 for 24 hours is not modest for BTOpenzone access (free if you have the relevant BT service). Unfortunately the access was patchy at best and kept failing, particularly in the bedroom block. In a business conference centre this is unacceptable. The front of house team didn't really take complaints seriously and shrugged their shoulders rather than try to find a solution.
I wasn't paying for this conference. If I was I'd be extremely cross!
