We booked this cottage last minute, and we stay in the ground floor king bedroom.
We enjoyed our stay and was very pleased with the hospitality of Suzanne the owner.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was also really nice.
The food was all fresh local produce and we didn't want for nothing.
I would recommend this place to stay and would always keep this cottage in mind to stay again.

Room Tip: Don't delay booking recommended.

A lovely little cottage in a convenient location for nearby Tunbridge and the surrounding area.

Suzanne looks after you as a guest house owner should. Was there when you needed her, but was never in the way. With the freedom to come and go as you please.

The breakfast was superb; great choice of cereals and lovely local juices. Cooked breakfast was done exactly as you requested.

The main road is busy during the day, but at night was fairly quiet and the double glazing is great. It was the harem of birds that made the most noise.

So nice to see lots of wildlife in the back garden; wild rabbits, doves, goldfinch, squirrels, blackbirds, an owl and a woodpecker.

We took the room at the back and the first night were rather too warm as the weather had turned and we still had the winter duvet on. We just mentioned this and it was changed without fuss.

The room has an en-suite wet room. A little small but very well done. Only down side is that after a shower, if you then need to use the sink or toilet, you're gonna get your feet wet.

Nice little TV, free wi-fi, nice choccies and cookies, bottled water, robes and slippers.

We had booked via laterooms and had failed to note that we needed to pay on leaving by either cash or cheque. Aqain no fuss and Suzanne let us pay by bacs transfer on our return home.

Really great little cottage for a lovely stay. Thank you

Room Tip: The room at the back is quiter and en-suite

What a great place to stay. Our first stop on our Britain tour led to Suzanne. She spoilt us with everything. She was very helpful and so kind. Great spacious rooms, bright and clean&tidy. Nice bathrooms and outside area. The breakfast was perfect. Everything you wanted (english breakfast ...) with fresh apple or pear juice. We will come back again, next time we'll try the pool. Thanks again, Julia & Family

Room Tip: All rooms are great.
