An enterprising young local couple have turned an old landmark into a truly wonderful experience! A Camera Obscura has been mounted in this old ruined windmill (with a lot of work done to mend and secure the building) and you can climb up and view the surroundings in real time in the quiet, with a very informative and amiable man to talk you though all the things you can see and answer all your questions about the Scilly islands. It's only just opened - but aims to be open certain days of the week - see their website; http://www.scillycameraobscura.co.uk
