“Amazing! Home away from home...”

Loved the property, amazing beyond a doubt. Eleanor made it easy from time of booking thru my stay to feel welcome. Always back and forth to work with Diageo in Leven so can't wait to stay again...

“Lovely cottage”
Reviewed 2 March 2014 for a stay in March 2014

What a beautiful setting and cottage! Very comfortable and obviously renovated to a very high standard! We spent a great weekend here and will hopefully return in the near future! This is an ideal cottage for any couple looking to explore the surrounding area! Thanks Eleanor!

“Lovely cottage to stay in”

My wife and I looked for somewhere to stay over New Year where we could just relax, have walks on the beach or just stay indoors in some comfort. Staying in Sunnybraes Lodge meant we could all those things.
The Lodge is well thought out, really comfy and really warm. Eleanor could not have been more helpful. We are not golfers but the course is literally next to the garden and the beach a five or six minute stroll. There is a good hotel 100 yds away for a drink or a meal.
Altogether a great week.

“Total relaxation in a quality and friendly environment.”
Reviewed 16 September 2013 for a stay in September 2013

If you want a break from city life this is a great location. A very high standard of accommodation in a peaceful setting.. Miles of sandy beaches on your doorstep. A variety of good places to eat out, all within easy access, If you wish to eat in, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area. Additionally, if you want to leave the car and take the bus it's at your front door, 30 minutes direct to St Andrews, or one hour via the coastal route. We had a fantastic short break and would be look forward to a return visit.

“Absolutely Perfect.....we didn´t want to leave!”

This beautiful lodge for two provides the perfect retreat for golfers, walkers, twitchers, beachcombers and those looking for a quiet break. Exceptionally helpful and genuinely friendly hosts really go that extra mile. They make everything easy from initial booking enquiry to checkout. The lodge is bright, light and spacious and although adjoining the main house provides a very high degree of privacy. There´s a dining patio and private garden. Sunnybraes is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. Immaculate standards of housekeeping and lots of thoughtful extras. The kitchen is very well equipped. Great shower too. From masonry and roof slates to soft furnishings and pictures on walls....everything speaks of quality and attention to detail. There´s more than enough to do in this area to easily fill a two week holiday. The location above Lundin Links with glorious views from the garden of the course and out over the Firth is excellent for visiting St Andrews, Falkland, the East Neuk villages and local beaches. Good local transport connections make these and Edinburgh easy to visit without being forced to use car. There´s secure parking on site. Pub´s and hotels within easy walking distance. Great farm shop/cafe (Blacketyside) close by and larger supermarkets in Leven. You´re going to love it here...in fact you may be just like us and not want to leave!
