The hotel is in a very nice building, surrounded by a park. The Garden and the swimmingpool very beautiful. The staff is very, very nice. But ... We booked a jr suíte. They send us to the third floor, by stairway, no elevator, nobody to help us with the luggages unless a girl from the reception. We were the only guests in the hotel. In the morning the breakfast : 02 peaces of croissant, some bottles of juice -- we were offered fresh Orange juice. Very disapointing. We complained with the manager that told us that as we were the only guests was difficult to put everything in the usual breakfast. We continued to be the only guests the next two days but the breakfast was just a little bit better. The hotel interior is really beautiful. The room was good and clean. Good night sleep, but the doors that comunicate one room to another are very thin and you can hear everything from the other room ( on the second day there were a couple in the room next to ours that made a lot of noise - we did not see them on the breakfast).

Dear Sir and Madam ;

First of all we appreciate so much what you wrote ; and as you mentioned that you contact me personally for the breakfast your first day ; and me personally i communicate you whatever you want we can organize it for you on the moment ; like that to be a fresh ; specially if you are the only 2 guest in the villa ; for the elevator as in my explanation for you in my tour that our villa is historical and unfortunately that we can't put an elevator and that's why we can't touch the walls ; your reservation was a jsu ; and we gave for you what you reserved and we didn't protect you in another hotel as per you was the only room reserved in the Villa ; i think having the villa for one night for you and your wife was a great ; for the second day their was in the hotel approximately 10 rooms ; and the breakfast is starting from 07:00 till 10:30 ; if you come down to take your breakfast as each day you was coming down at 10:00 o'clock ; you will not find no other costumer as per they was hear for Business ; as well I see that you gave us the high point on our services ; so you was calming about our services ; and you but for us the highest point of services ; many thanks one more time and looking forward to welcome you in our Villa .

Travelling in the Veneto region also stayed at this hotel. The building is in style like Villa Emma in Fanzolo (Palladio). Suites in the main building are nice and spacious / for a real luxurious feeling in the hotel there is still a lot to do. Showers are modern, but why integrate sauna and shower into one small cabin, which also offers music? Unpractical overload and small. Decoration is with traditional old furniture, however somewhat lost in the space. Access to the rooms is through stairways - no elevator! Breakfast is very disappointing - more of a simple 3* hotel than of a pretended 4*. Overall hotel is good for events - marriages, ?evtl. business meetings? in a great surrounding. Would classify overall as a good 3* plus hotel when disconsidering breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful, but small for this kind of hotel.

Dear Sir and Madam ; it's little bit confusion for everybody to say 3 stars or not ? you are completely right ; first of all the Villa is a Historical Residence ; where the main building has been constructed in the 15th century; and all the building is under the control of the association of the fine arts ; the park of the hotel is making part of the regional park of Sile river ; and their is too much constraints to do in the Villa ; one of this that we can't have an elevator in the hotel ; we can't touch the walls to have a normal shower or a normal bath tub ; for that has been constructed the hydro massage shower and sauna in the rooms ; as well to give the needs and the total relax in the villa ; We are in the same style as Villa Emo ; as it is making a part of the Palladian style; Our Villa suppose to have five star hotel but because we can't have an elevator in the villa we can't have the fifth star. For the breakfast really I can't see what was missed in the breakfast buffet ; international and not only as others having only Italian breakfast ; on our buffet we have the sweet part (Italian) and another part for the hot partition of scrambled eggs , sausages , and pancetta ; boiled eggs ; 2 kinds of ham ; cheese ; three kind of bred ; fresh fruit salad.... etc , as you can see from the other costumer reviews what they wrote about our breakfast ; on our buffet we have around 40 items if not more but sure not less; really I can't see where your survey could be helpful for the trip advisor readers and how can it help them ; I can see that you put a question marks near events - marriage- business meetings; different than other customer and people who made actually meetings and marriage and wrote what they found and how we supported them by our services of 4**** and not 3* sup. , we are so sorry that we couldn't divide your opinion in our hotel together like that to explain for you where you are and the reality of the place ; hope to welcome you in the next future like that we can assist you by the history of the place and in your next survey you will be more accurate for the Trip Advisor travelers to help them to know about the places .
Many Thanks any how about your survey .
Best regards & Merry Christmas

Three of us did a a brief architectural and art tour through the Veneto. Vicenza was no-brainer stop for the palladian architecture and staying at a palladian-type hotel was also self-evident.
Villa Corner was not designed by Palladio, but is in that style. The center of the building is 2 or 3 stories, while the lateral wings are one-story, I think. We were upgraded to a suite with 2 big bedrooms, a large living room, a hall and one bathroom. The quality of some of the living room furniture was not as high as one might expect, but the handsome bedrooms were more than adequately furnished.
Service was good; the breakfast buffet was delicious and more than ample - from cookies to eggs to wonderful juices and fruits.
Villa Corner was a bit difficult to find from our Mapquest directions, just because we didn't drive far enough on the last road. However, when we did happen upon it, there was no question that we had arrived. The place is huge, with a very grand garden.

Si prega di tradurre questo in italiano da Google Translator ecc. Potrebbe aiutare!

This was a place of contradictions. First of all the e-mail contact to hotel was complicated. I tried to figure out how the public transport goes in there. Putting it quickly, it doesn't! Rent a car! It is a must!

If you don't believe me read this section: We were promised to use bicycles to go nearest railway station by e-mail but on the spot they said that it's not possible because one bicycle had been stolen. So we went to wait on bus stop but quickly discovered that "Feriale" means "on weekdays". No buses on weekend, great! Receptionist was very sorry for this mistake and gave us two glass of prosecco. Fair enough but this meant that we had to take taxi on that day. On first day we spent 178 € on taxis (100 € from Marco Polo to hotel, 50 € to Treviso and 28 € from Castelfranco)! So now believe me when I say rent a car!

Like the earlier text showed the staff was very friendly. On first night we arrived late but they still made dinner for us (even there were a wedding celebration). Thank you for that!

The room was clean but air condition didn't work well. Taking it off solved that problem.

The problem of this place is that it's unfinished. For example you rent bicycles for free but they didn't have air on tires nor pump to fix it! They also lack of yarn & needle and shoe polishers. Quite odd from "luxury hotel". When you go to toilet you can understand what I mean. Plain rooms with cheap radiators uncovered. Funny choice from this kind of place!

There was good review that I can't find out any more that described this place decoration. The statues on yard, paintings and lack of decoration shoes that this place is still under construction.

On Hotel,com they had realistic conclusion from this place: "A great deal of money has been spent on the pool and new wing but there is a feeling that the improvement is at a standstill".

Dear sir and Madam ;

First of all i would like to thanks you about your review ; as well to thank you about what you wrote ; actually i would like to answer you step by step ; starting from our correspondence by mail and your reservation ; and what we notice that you communicate us by flight details wrong n°; and after we let you to check your flight details, you find us that we was correct and you gave us flight details wrong .
For the transportation from Marco polo airport to our hotel in the late evening by landing around 22:35 any taxi will let you to pay 150.00€ just from the airport to our hotel ; with our taxi service you paid 96.00€ and not 100.00€ as you said; as well as I can see from your words that you got a difficultness with our correspondence; where actually I couldn't see what you mean by that ; our team avoid you by all the links to visit with all the time table of the transportation and about how to reach our hotel ;and how to move from our hotel . you arrived in our hotel around 23.20; and we offered you your dinner which in any other hotel at that time they offer cold plats and not a full dinner with 4 courses as you get . you asked us about our support to rent a car and me personally support you by that if you don't remember we find for you a car Class A on 45.00€ per day with 150 Km. including every thing as well insurance , strange but is true I personally asked you that how is every thing going with you and how is your stay ; you was always saying many thanks every thing is wonderful. regarding about hotels.com and about our stars which really I went to check personally but I didn't find nothing about what you wrote . may be you didn't know where you are! just to let you know that we are an historical building where every small part in this villa return for the 500 century ; as well we are under the control of the Belle Arti (association of arts) where we cannot touch nothing . As well its sound strange when you wrote about needle where it is usually with the courtesy kit you have in room ; for the shoe polisher same ; as well in the main building their is the machine of the shoe polisher ; as well I see that you are talking about ancient statues where as I told before in my answer that we are under the control of the Belle Arti; so I think that this institution before to give you the permission to open a hospitality in such a historical building they check that every thing is right as it could be.
Really I m wondering from such review where I can't see how you are suggest for the trip advisor travelers the situation ; on Trip advisor our hotel is classified with 4 stars ; do you think that Trip advisors allow the hotels to put the stars like that without checking or controlling ? as well you forget to write about the events where in the villa of the most famous chefs in the world they get you and your wife on their tour for the winery ? I m so sorry to say that we couldn't make you happy or you didn't have enough time to read about our villa and the history about it.
Dear Sir; strange but true we are the third hotel on Treviso region on trip advisor and that's thanks for the people who wrote about us and wrote what the honestly feeling and the truth ; which is helping people to organize their vacation ; and just remember that Trip advisor is a helpful tool for helping travelers to know the reality of the places when their is a constructive review and true review . Any how many thanks that you did a part of 60 Review where 40 is excellent and 14 is very good ; I hope only that the readers of trip advisor can notice that .
Many Thanks
Best Regards

Comfortable stay in a beautiful setting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, it lacked that extra je ne sais quoi to make it feel truly luxurious. (Granted, I was not able to stay in the villa but in the annex.) The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated with modern heating etc.

I think the breakfast buffet could be a lot better as there is not that much to choose from and the eggs & bacon didn't look very appetizing. Also, the paintings in the villa are reproductions of famous renaissance and baroque paintings which were not very good. The decor should be more luxurious given the grandiose setting.
Overall, a very nice stay and I would def. recommend this hotel to my friends.

This hotel is a historic Italian villa with lots of character and charm. The rooms/suites range from stunning (in main hotel) to comfortable (pool rooms) to relatively basic (in side annex). The reasonable prices reflect the different categories so you get what you pay for..

What really makes this property stand out however is the service. It is always friendly and attentive (especially the lovely lady who serves the ample breakfast!). Yet the high effort in service comes from the truly amazing manager Rami, an Eygyptian with the energy of 5 workers (10 in France, as they don't work much there!). He works non stop to cater to every whim of the guests and is always professional. At this point in time, he makes this hotel very special! Thanks Remi and well done!!

Room Tip: Splash out and book a big suite in the main building.. they are ginormous!!

This was the highlight of our stay in Italy. Very friendly staff who really went the extra mile. We were left feeling the staff were more like friends rather than people who simply provided a service. The building is lovely, our room even had frescoes! I would particularly recommend this to people on their honeymoon who want to just relax and be together. We borrowed some bicycles and explored the local area. There are loads of places to visit, our favorites were Asolo as well as some of the Palladio Villas.
Things to be aware of - You need to have access to a car to get the most of your stay. The hotel is also almost impossible to find unless you have a sat nav.
