“Historical interesting and great ambiance!”
Reviewed 27 April 2014

Great ambiance of the old times. The old cellars transferred you back in time. The place around the chateau was very romantic. It really makes you feel that paradise must look something like this( especially if there is good wine there). The prices of wine are quite low and the quality good.

“Amazing place, must see when travelling in Bordeaux”
Reviewed 14 November 2013

Wonderful place, our guide was kindly and really interesting. The cellar, the park and the Chateau are nice. The wine tasting and explanations were instructive. Just 20 min by bus from Bordeaux city center, it's really worth it!!!!

“A friendly informative tour of a historic Chateau well worth a visit”
Reviewed 6 September 2013

We arrived at lunchtime but although we had to wait for a tour this gave us time to picnic in the grounds and we were made to feel welcome. Part of the cellar is 16th century and the whole building has a sense of history. The tour explains how the various wines are made and the wine itself is excellent and good value. We are a grown up family but younger children could make sense of the production methods.

“Good place to visit and taste wines.”
Reviewed 22 March 2012

I'm surprised to see I'm the first person to write the comment. No wonder that the host said they seldom had individual visitors, but for companies most. They have a Chinese guide to walk us through the field and the wine cellar, and explain the process of making wines. The place is beautiful and the experience is good, especially when we drank the wine outdoor and enjoy the sunshine.
