we stayed here when motorbiking in Europe. This was a great hotel and would be nice for couples.
the grounds were lovely and the hotel was excellent. rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

Resturant was of a very high standard and was very tasty and full of flavour. Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.
Note there is no Bar but the staff are happy to serve you in the lounge which was nice.

Breakfast was excellent and the best we had all holiday.

2 negatives.
1) The Wireless only works in the lounge
2) the bathroom didn't have a proper shower and you had to lift the shower head above you. but these would not put me off staying here again.

The hotel is out of Millau centre, so you are unlikely to want to go far once there - but we didn't want to. It is a beautiful setting and building; a good mixture of old fashioned elegance in the furniture and open rooms (the lounge and the billiard room were lovely), and modern very clean facilities in the bedrooms. Well, once we realised where the shutters for the windows were!
Staff were very helpful and efficient, and we had a very comfortable stay. We also ate in the hotel, and enjoyed an excellent meal with good service, much better than we could have expected, and almost certainly better than elsewhere in Millau. Highly recommended.

We wanted a "chateau experience" and this ticked all the boxes...beautiful site with view of the viaduct (possibly why you came here), brilliant restaurant, cool spaces, convenient parking, wonderful room decor++++. It is simply very, very, good!

Stayed just one night, 3 weeks ago as we were visiting the nearby Gorge du Tarn. We chose to be in the charming old tower section of the hotel. Staff bent over backwards to assist us with details of the hotel, the area, driving routes and local history. We were quite surprised to find such a wonderfully clean, quiet and well presented hotel in a small village. The room was large airy and crisply clean. The modern bathroom had been updated recently and had a fabulus shower (worth its own mention). The restaurant was sensational, very good food with a delightful local bias and a very professional waiter with great knowledge of the wine and food. The restaurant price was high for the location but worth it. Very memorable.

Room Tip: If you like old world charm choose the old tower rooms overlooking the village

We stayed two nights at the Chateau de Creissels and enjoyed it very much.
The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. All facilities were first class. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast was more than adequate and not expensive.
The restaurant was vey good and whilst the staff spoke little English we managed to receive a great meal in a delightful restaurant.
Highly recommended as a place to stay and dine with excellent views of the Viaduct
