The worst was at the pool. Arrived there and had to wait 20min to have someone asking for a drink and we had to stop them to order if not they do not pay attention. We got the order, had a swim and decided to order at the pool bar in the water. At time of ordering cocktails, we were told that as per policy we have to order food as well if not we cannot get alcoholics drinks... What kind of service is that when guests do not have anymore choice of ordering what they want. In resume, you are forced to order food if you want to drink... Guest is not deciding anymore!! Anyway, to not argue we ordered fries that were delivered to our seats and we ate them cold and cocktails took 3 people to have them ready.
By end of the day, we asked for the check and the same waiter did not follow up so we had to wait 20min more and decided to go to pay at the bar and when we saw him and he was doing nothing, we told him he does not pay attention to his guests, but he smiled and left...
Front door staff does not greet, or even stay seated when you come inn the hotel.
Anyhow, you are expecting more when you come on a hotel of this standard, at least the employee could make you feel welcome and wanted as a guest, but it is not the case. What a 5 star service on a 5 star rate...
