My husband and I stayed here 2 – 10 July. The hotel is amazing (only 5 years old) and the location is stunning – it is around 20 minutes outside of Dubrovnik – we hired a car for the time we were there – if you don’t the hotel can provide you with the details of a their car service for airport runs (which you pay for) and there is a shuttle bus and boat service (which you pay for) into Dubrovnik a couple of times a day.

We had a standard room but it was very spacious, nice and clean. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, plenty of storage and a huge sea-view balcony where we enjoyed perfect views out across the Adriatic. The hotel grounds are lovely (note that there are quite a lot of steps which can be hard work in the heat!) – spread out over a large area including a ‘market street’ with restaurants, shops, hairdressers etc. There is a supermarket on site – we were led to believe that it was very expensive but we found it to be very reasonable - similar to supermarkets outside of the resort.

We tried several of the restaurants: ‘La Pasta’ – lovely Italian food – you can’t go wrong here – it’s all good and the service is great. ‘Cilantro’ – a Mediterranean/seafood restaurant – lovely food – a bit more on the expensive side (surely the fish is locally caught so doesn’t need to be so pricey?) but again, lovely food and good service. Finally, we went to ‘Ban’ which is not really part of the hotel – it’s a privately owned house right in the middle of the hotel grounds – you need to book and select your menu before 5pm as they slow cook everything in their amazing brick grill/oven – needless to say the food is amazing, especially the fish. We had breakfast in ‘Origami’ (full buffet) every day – great selection of food – great to get a seat outside.

There are three pools at the hotel – two for families and one for adults which is where we spent some time. Lovely pool but the setting is amazing with the sunbeds all facing the sea – beautiful. No problem to get a sunbed at any time of the day – lovely quiet space with a good bar – we tried the cocktail of the day most days too – lovely! It’s worth noting that we visited outside of school holidays so the hotel was relatively quiet – I am certain that when the schools are on holiday this hotel will be packed which means booking restaurants and getting to the pools early will be required!

Overall we loved our stay at this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return should we find ourselves holidaying in Croatia again.

Me and my girlfriend had our summer holiday in this hotel for ten nights. It is a fantastic hotel and quite reasonably priced for the quality. There are three pools and a beach, so plenty of space to relax. We did feel a bit let down by the quality of the food on offer though. Of all the restaurants on sight, the only really good one was la pasta, which does fantastic pizzas, and is actually the most affordable aswell! We ended up eating four times during our stay! The rest of them were average at best, and when the meal is costing £100 pounds a night average you really do expect better. Also our only other complaint was they were slightly misleading about the Lopud island trip. They say beautiful sandy beaches but the main beach is actually a half hour walk from where they drop you off, up a very steep hill and back down through some woodland! And when you arrive at the beach it is very overcrowded, with litter all over the place! Bearing in mind you're now stuck there for five hours! Would not recommend! Other than that, we had no complaints whatsoever, the beach at the hotel is lovely, the spa is fantastic, the room was great. Would recommend doing some homework before planning trips to the islands, and definitely visit the old town. There are a couple of bars on the cliff face looking out to sea which are lovely in the evening! Would also look at what restaurants are available outside the hotel, the quality and price may be far better

I spent this holiday in Radisson Blu in Dubrovnik with my family. I must say that it was so amazing.
First day when we came hotel car took us to the hotel. There are two receptions. One is for the hotel - where are just rooms for 2 and one is for the residence where are beautiful apartments. Because we were 3 we spent it in residence.
Everyone who is thinking about going there will be satisfied. There are many restaurants with big range of food. Sport centre where are tennis courts, squash courts, fitness, pilates etc., 3 outside pools (one of them is deep so you don't have to listen shouting children), one inside pool, whirlpool and saunas.
If you are into water sports you will probably enjoy some of them. You can choose sailing on a boat, sitting on a banana or going on the Jetski which I did.
Jetski was so incredible experience. The price includes your own jetski and instruktor who goes in front of you and is your leader. You can go to Dubrovnik or around the islands. I chose islands. We went there and I saw the cave where I could swim, after we went to the sand beach and to the village.

+ kind and pleasant staff
english speaking staff
beautiful seaview from hotel or residence
many things to do in free time
shops and restaurats in the hotel complex
wifi connection everywhere

- shower in our apartment was a little bit complicated - hard to switch on (need license for that)
air condition sometimes it switched on automatically, so I had to switch it off
=but these are not reasons for not going there

I would recommend this hotel and wish you a pleasant stay.

Beautiful setting. The sea view from the upper rooms is fantastic.

Activities - If you like to exercise, there's plenty to do here, we used the gym which was perfect for our needs, played tennis and squash but if we had more time there was plenty more to try. The entertainment was good, we particularly liked the different acts in the Maraska bar.

Pools - all looked lovely, we only used the adult only pool and enjoyed cocktail of the day which was good value. My only complaint was the lack of policing here, children were allowed in and not always sent away by the staff.

Food - excellent standard, buffet breakfast was included in our package and was spot on, again spectacular views from the restaurant. We tried the Italian, grill, fish and Peke restaurants all were high standard but a bit pricey. At least you can purchase snacks and drinks from the on-site to consume in your room, they even supply ice and an ice bucket.

Staff - very attentive, we felt well looked after.

Stayed here for 4 days during our trip in croatia. Apart from everything you can expect from a 5-star resort, the domain is also very large which makes it doesn't feel crowded, even with a lot of guests. Different pools aimed at adults, kids, families etc makes sure everyone can choose between relaxing, playing,... The different bars and restaurants have stunning views of the Adriatic. We especially liked Ginja club, with a maître who was really enthousiastic about his wines. Not cheap but great for a splurge. We stayed in a residence, which worked good for us, being here with an (almost) 4y old, who loved the ample space and the kid's club. For me Radisson found a great balance between being a good place for kids, and a high class resort for adults. We had wheels so the 10km to Dubrovnik was no problem, but there are shuttles and there's a bus stop next to the hotel.

It was our 2nd stay at this hotel. The hotel is perfect at all. Fast check-in without any problems, the Staff is reading guest requests fx. "pls room fare from lifts", "kingb please" The room is beautifull aranged and connected with the bathroom by a big window, it makes very good impression. All rooms at this hotel have sea view. Room is extremally clean, bathrobs and towels are fresh and new, cosmetics at bathroom - good quality. Breakfast on terrace, what a beautifull over sea view there is, the choice od drinks and food is unforgettable big and tasty, life cooking... SPA area is big and beautifull arranged. There are 3 pools, one of them is only for adults, and it is respected. Quiet:) It is possible to take a boat or shuttlebus to Dubrovnik Old-town, both of them are scheduled transfers, with reserved seats, the price is 75 kunas one way by boat, 40 kunas by bus, the rip takes ab. 45 by boat and ab. 30 min. by bus. There are many restaurants offering diffrent kinds of dishes (seafood-italian-burgers-steaks etc), shops with clothings and suvenirs and a "standard shop" with food and drinks (regular prices) . In my opinion the hotel is not cheap, but this is good! We'll be back next year for sure and we strictly recommend this place as a 5* hotel!!

The build quality and location of this hotel is fantastic. Good rooms, really excellent helpful staff, nice facilities. Downside is that everything is chargeable. No water in the rooms (except first night), no free shuttle to town etc. Also pricing is a bit over the top. 5 Euros for half litre bottle of water, 170 Euros for a jet ski, 15 Euros per person boat taxi transfer, average meal at hotel restaurants is around 100 Euros per person with drinks. Worth it? I'd say yes. It really is an amazingly beautiful place to stay. Enjoy.
