“Lovely, central B& B”
Reviewed 8 April 2014

Nicely decorated, very central B & B in Argigento - excellent for viewing the medieval town and a great base from which to see the Greek temples. Helpful, welcoming and friendly. The rooms face onto a very pleasant little central courtyard.

This B&B was really excellent. We had a room with a balcony with a view on the street.

Breakfast was based on Sicilian pastries. It was very good.

Giorgio and Silvia, the owners, were very friendly.

A great place to stay if you are in Agrigento.

central but no possibility to park!
steep stairs - the owner helped us with the luggage but only one way!
we asked for a few vegetables and got several green tomatos,a few leaves of cellery and a few carrots and panini - realy insulting!
look for a better place to stay!

Room Tip: may be better on the first floor - all of the rooms have steep steps!

We stayed for one night, having booked one quadruple room and one double room (my husband and I and our two kids, and my parents). We were offered one room that slept 5 and one room that slept 3. The larger room was perfect for us - a queen bed with a twin in one part, and two more twins in another part, slightly separated by the bathroom and a short hallway.

Our hosts, Giorgio and Sylvia, were perfectly lovely, coming out to meet us at the nearby piazza when we managed to get turned around. :) The house is decorated beautifully and comfortably. Breakfast was delicious - plenty of Sicilian pastries, delivered that morning, and Italian coffees (espresso, cappuccino). She (the hostess) made hot chocolate for our daughter!

Great location, and we would stay again if we go back!

We really enjoyed our 2 noghts stay at this B&B. We arrived 30 minutes after check in and the manager was kind enough to stay and wait for us. We got a suit, even though we ordered a double room. It was very big with 1 double bed and 3 singles and 2 balconies. The room was very nice and very clean. Towels were changed every day as well as the soaps and the shampoo. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is the best and there is parking right next to the hotel. There is no elevator but it didn't bother us at all. The service was the best. I would happily stay here again :)

Mille e Una notte has a very good location in Agrigento. The courtyard where it's located is very pittoresque.
Contrary to most B&Bs, this actually IS a B&B with nice, clean and spacious rooms in an apartment. The breakfast is typical Italian, that is sweet bread, and awfully gooooood!!
As has already been said before, Giorgio and Sylvia are immensly dedicated. They are no doubt what makes the place stand out. Don't hesitate to follow their recommendations both for trips and food.

We stayed one night in Agrigente. We appreciated the B&B Mile una note. Very friendly. Good location (we were 5 in the same room). Good breakfast (if you like croissant with pistaches !).
And a little terrace on the street ! Do not hesitate if we want to spend one night in Agrigente. Very friendly owners.
