We visited the Valley of the Temples on 14 May and were pleasantly surprised that entry to both areas was free. There are few remaining buildings, and the Temple of Concord is the standout feature. If you are constrained by time or health then I suggest that you do the walk up to this temple first. On the way back there is a small place for snack food and with serviced toilets, and there is also Villa Hardcastle which you can view from the public path. Unfortunately, you cannot enter as the Villa is used as offices by the park management.
