I think all comments summarise well our experience. The owner Alfonso is more than nice, perfect host and spent a lot of time explaining to us where to go, what to do. He even helped parking the car outside of the hotel (the parking is not easy around the hotel for those with a car).
Room was very modern and clean, breakfast was also very good, perfect place to stay in Agrigento.

A very nice place, great location, view of the Valley of the Temples and the sea, beautiful decor, excellent breakfast and kind and helpful owner. Don't hesitate to stay here! Nearby are some good restaurants.

This was a very nice B&B. Don’t be put off by the very drab exterior of the building, the interior was well kept and pleasant. We stayed on the ground floor of the building, in a flat which had two double guest rooms. Only one was en suite, so it is probably preferable to state this is what you want when you book, although the bathroom of the other room is only a few yards along the hall. The view from the room across the temple valley and the sea was lovely, and the room was very nicely presented. Breakfast was very good and prepared by the owner Alfonso to your order. Alfonso was very welcoming and made helpful suggestions about restaurants and bars. The position of the flat is excellent, and it’s easy to walk to the bus station to get the bus to the Valley of the Temples, and to all the local sites. A good value choice for visiting this very interesting area. One thing to note: Alfonso preferred to be paid in cash at the end of the visit.

Room Tip: Ask for the en suite room if that's your preference.

Alfonso, the owner, was amazingly helpful with information before arriving and whilst we were there. Location great, breakfast lovely with fresh produce and home-made jams, loved the kiwi jam!

Centrally located B&B where every room has a view of the sea and the temples. The inn keeper, Alfonso, is wonderful. Very helpful with suggestions and directions. He suggested Opera restaurant which was one of our favorite meals in Sicily. Also Alfonso does a great breakfast even asking if we wanted sweet or savory - great place with a great host.

B&B La Casa di El in Agrigento has everything you could ask for! Great location at the port, with breathtaking views of the sea, and on the edge of town, to avoid having to navigate the narrow streets. Breakfast was delicious and copious. The host, Alfonso, was friendly, attentive, and very helpful, with good recommendations for nearby restaurants (Opera and Expanificio) and attractions (Valley of Temples). If we ever return to this area of Sicily, we will definitely stay here again. Mille grazie Alfonso! :o)

Room Tip: The old cities in Sicily are multilayered and navigating them can be tricky. La Casa di El is right...

We had an amazing experience with Alfonso and his charming B&B! It was very spacious, elegantly decorated, clean, and in an excellent location. The views from our balcony were breath taking. We were greeted with afternoon coffee and pastries, given excellent recommendations for sites to see, and had a lovely dinner at Osteria Expanificio nearby. The breakfast had some of the best pastries I have had in Italy and was plentiful. I highly recommend staying at this B&B for an unforgettable time in Agrigento.
