“View makes the restaurant”
Reviewed 3 September 2013

This restaurant was recommended by Dario of Villa Diane. We went for lunch and arrived around 1:30pm on a rainy day. Lunch room was packed with tour bus customers so we sat in bar (due to rain outdoor seating not usable). We ended up with a fantastic view of the Greek ruins. Food was decent but not especially memorable (had worse and had better). Hated the bread, but is typical for that region. Service was good and waiter was attentive. Price was reasonable. The view is what will make this restaurant memorable!

“An excellent meal at a good price”
Reviewed 15 August 2013

We found this restaurant in our guide book and on Trip Adviser and decided to try it for lunch.

We weren't certain because there was a coach party but there wasn't much else around.

We decided to have the fixed price menu and again didn't expect too much. The anti pasta was a great variety of Sicilian meat, vegetables and cheese. There was a pasta dish and risotto for the first course and we have the meal (veal) option for the second course with a large bowl of salad. We finished up with pistachio ice cream. All was cooked really well

The price including water was 20 Euros which was incredible value for money compared with other places

It is ideal for families as well as couples

“Nothing special but a welcome refuge from hotel kitchens”
Reviewed 30 May 2013

We ate here on our second night near Agrigento thanks to our coach driver and guide who knew of its existence; we would never have thought of looking on the top of the hill opposite the temples.
It certainly serves a lot more than pizza as someone suggested and has a perfectly acceptable Sicilian menu and our food was good and not too expensive.
