This hotel was terrible. Nothing seemed to have been changed since the 60s or 70s, including the bedding. The bathroom stank, and cut-out coke bottle was affixed to the showerhead to stop the water going everywhere. We did have a big balcony, but the door to it didn't lock so we had to move the wardrobe in front of it everytime we went out. Breakfast was poor - pre-packaged croissants and coffee from a machine! We definitely wouldn't go back to this hotel, and we weren't overly impressed with Alassio itself, but if you do want to stay there, it's worth spending a bit extra on a decent hotel.
