Hotel was spotlessly clean, fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was continental buffet with plenty of choice. Pool was clean & inviting, would be better with plastic glasses/bottles round the pool for drinks for safety reasons, especially when children round the pool. Only given 2 sachets of shampoo in room & wasn't replenished, would have been nice to have shower gel & cap too.

Just returned yesterday from Bardolino, having had another wonderful week, after last year in Bellagio on Lake Como, i thought it would be hard to beat, and it was, but it was so very close, the whole holiday experience for us here was first class, Inghams were their usual best from start to finish, but the Hotel was such a delight, from the time we checked in to the time we left. The location for us was perfect, it is about a 10 minute promenade walk into Bardolino, where the restaurants and bars were wonderful and catered for every pallet. the walks to Garda and Lasize were about an hour each, and on flat lakeside paths, a boat trip to Sirmonie was spectacular, although a little expensive at 19.60 return. would not hesitate in going back to this area and this hotel. other people have said about the garage and road opposite the hotel but i can assure you they are not a problem at all, we had a room facing the front of the hotel and didn't hear a thing, and in the morning you get the sun and its quite an eye opener watching the Italian drivers. The pool is an added bonus, after an afternoon shopping it comes as a great relief.

Room Tip: We were on the 3rd floor and it was great

Stayed June 2013. Having read all reviews on hotel prior to holidays went with open mind, not what to expect. As most hotels in Italy have been built for years you would find very few ultra modern. This hotel is small family run, all the staff were extremely friendly. Although it is close to main road and petrol station there is no noise due to the double glazing.Rooms are a decent size
with double bed wardrobe drawers and bedside cabinets , flat screen tvs FREE air con, with no noise or unit on balcony & Free Safe what more is required unless you have packed an elephant!!! Very central location with easy reach of Lake restaurants and shops. You can walk as little or as far as you want from this hotel. Excellent pool area very clean with bar service by dumb waiter as it was on first level so you did not need to walk downstairs Plenty of sunbeds which were a bit hard on back but a shop over road sold cushions for 15 euros did not break bank. Breakfast continental was very good, plenty of choice and satisfying. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely return in near future.

Room Tip: Choose front end rooms near pool, they get a little more sun late afternoons

Located just off main road, 2 minutes walk to lakeside and 5 minutes to Bardolino centre.

Room was small with twin beds, one small wardrobe, tv and free safe. Bathroom very small with narrow shower cubicle that had no tray on which to place bottle of shampoo/shower gel. Also nowhere in bathroom to hang clothes.

Small balcony that looked out onto petrol filling station, aware of noise from here and passing traffic on main road when in room. A partial view of lake from balcony.

Room was very clean on arrival and maintained throughout our stay, used towels changed daily. Continental breakfast served between 8 - 10 am in pleasant dining room where tables are allocated to room number. Small outdoor pool and car parking available.

Newsagents opposite where tickets for Riva to Verona bus can be purchased, bus stop both directions next to Tourist Information short walk heading towards Bardolino centre. Small coach park over main road acts as drop-off / pick-up for both airport transfers and day excursions.

Having looked at other reviews there are obviously different sized rooms, we were in a particularly small one. The rates charged by this hotel are very competitive for Lake Garda, the staff are pleasant and accomodating with both English and German spoken.

If thinking of booking this hotel try and find out the size of the room, we would be happy to stay again but only in a bigger room.

Stayed here in June and July excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast, snacks available during day and at poolside, lovely pool on roof, average size rooms, on quite a busy road but no traffic noise during night,10mins walk to ferry, 7-8mins walk into centre 2mins to bus stop, were you can get buses to Verona or Riva de Garda much cheaper than the ferry, ferry prices have increased by 30% this summer, large supermarket over the road, lots of lovely places to eat reasonable prices, nice walks to Garda town about one hour, and the other way to Lazise lots of places to eat and drink on the way, market day on Friday starts outside hotel and is the full length of lakeside lots of nice stalls, would definitely use this hotel again.
