I have booked this Hotel via the Booking.com website. Shortly I have received a booking confirmation.
About two weeks later I have received an email from the Hotel, that they can not accept my Credit Card, and I should fax them another credit card.
I told them, that I don't have a Fax machine
I called Booking.com and they said to me, they will sort this out.
One day later I got a confirmation that this Hotel has cancelled the entire booking.
What a horrible customer service.
