We heard great things about the new restaurant in Bolsena but dinner there was even better than the reports. We had the full menu "terra" with appetizer, an amazing vegetable velute with mint followed by duck filled ravioli (the pasta clearly made in house!), rabbit and a lovely tiramisu to finish. Presentation and taste were fantastic and price was extremely reasonable. The young and friendly waitresses provided excellent service. Compliments to the chef!!!
