Firstly, very clean and comfortable.
This property did have a garden as advertised, but it is not secure. There are a couple of sheer drops that young children, and dogs could very easily fall down. you have to be very vigilant.
We took our two german shepherd dogs with us and had to barricade the various access points with bits of garden furniture as best we could. This was because of the constant complaints if our dogs were not confined. This was fine, but the other dogs belonging to the various neighbours were constantly coming in ,and not only defecating in there, but causing our dogs to chase them out. This led to more complaints. If the owner knew of the dislike of the neighbours for visitors with dogs he shouldn't advertise it as dog friendly. We were told we had to keep them on leads at all times.
We were also insulted by the owner who called us Napolese (from Naples), for hanging our washing out on a line in the garden! He wasn't aware that we knew this is an insult, or maybe he did!
He was constantly in and out of 'our' garden and we felt spied on.
Parking is difficult and at a premium, with the neighbours making it very awkward.
There was a tourist tax levied on the last day that we were not aware of.
Last but not least, there is no cooker but an old microwave/combi.
We have been to Italy before and never been made to feel so unwelcome .
