Our family has stayed at the Larice Bianco a few times and we are never disappointed, close to the lift (no public bus needed), great food and great service at this family run hotel. We were there over Christmas and had a great time once again. A national ski team stay at the hotel the same week due to the FIS World Cup downhill race and we enjoyed chatting with them about the big race on Bormio's great downhill course. We cannot wait to go back and stay at the Larice Bianco

The hotel is a few years old and of course it has a tiny scratch here and there, which gives the first ingredient to its great ambiance. I don't like the new houses which look more or less like a clinic.
The rooms are perfectly clean, have comfy beds, with firm mattress and cushion.

The family who owns and runs the hotel invest all their hearts in this hotel. I never had such a special atmosphere, where you feel just like 'being at home' after a day or two. The parents and their two children are friendly and helpful, so is the rest of the service crew.

When I will come back to Bormio one day, I will sure stay in Larice Bianco again!

Many thanks to the Sosio family, with warmest greetings and all best wishes from Darmstadt.

This is the second time we've spent our summer holidays at the Hotel Larice Bianco for one week hiking in the gorgeous mountains around Bormio.
Besides the great accommodations, the clean and comfortable rooms with view on the surrounding mountains, the fantastic food made of local products etc. the warm welcome of the Sosio family made our stays in this hotel so special. We've been very well advised for our hikes either for a day tour or for a five-day hike in the nearby Parco dello Stelvio.
We warmly recommend this family-run hotel for both relaxing stays and active holidays.

We had the good fortune to stay at Hotel Larice Bianco in Bormio Italy. I was one of a group of avid cyclist in Bormio setting out to tackle the iconic climbs of the Giro D'Italia. Our hosts at the hotels went out of their way to accommodate our party and our bikes.
The evening meal was sensational and served an array of dishes to satisfy all appetites. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Our group unanimously agreed we would return and stay again.

This is a family-run hotel and the service was incredible. In fact, I can't remember a hotel before with such great service and the food was fantastic. We were biking as a group of 9 from Canada/UK in the Dolomites. Kiko (not sure of spelling), one of the main hotel hosts, even came out on his motorbike and followed us up the Gavia Pass and provided a custom-made video for our bike group coupled with music. He didn't charge us anything for this (we gave him a nice gift). They provided a secure room for bike storage and setup after arriving from the airport. If you're in Bormio stay here!

The cycling around Bormio is unbelievable. A group of nine of us stayed at the Hotel Larice Bianco for three nights at the end of June. When we return to ride again we WILL stay there. The staff was incredibly friendly, the facilities outstanding and the food after a long day of riding was excellent. Highly recommend this place. If you stay there you will not be disappointed.
