the hotel is great. I made a mistake in reservation and booked the wrong room. it was prepaid. booking.com and the hotel went put of the way to change the reservation for me at no additional charges. the room was great with an excellent heating system for a comfortable rest in winter with sub zero temperatures. the breakfast has a wide Italian selection but I prefer American breakfast which was l limited here. the dinner served at the restaurant was below average but that was a minor issue, there were plentiful restaurants around the hotel. the supermarket is just across the road and has everything I need. the free wifi was extremely weak and needs to be improved. there are no proper luggage storage space so I felt uneasy to just place my luggage on the lobby as my flight arrived very early. the hot water in the hotel could not meet demand and during peak hours, only icy cool water was available for shower.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
Small but very functional rooms, bed really comfy, great bathroom - it had everything you need especially if travelling for business.
I had a terrace that was overlooking the castle and the hotel is conveniently located just 10 mins walk from the centre which is absolutely stunning and full of bars/restaurants.

Breakfast is amazing - continental with a great choice of home-made cakes and fresh pastries, cereals and fruit.
Great stay and the staff was very courteous.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the castle

I'm a regular business traveller to Brescia and after trying a few of the hotels in the city I have found this one to be the one I prefer. The staff are a friendly bunch and do whatever they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The menu in the restaurant has just been revised and is of a good standard

..placed in strategical position, close to the center of Brescia, only 15 minutes by walking..it represents an ideal solution for staying in the city and move quickly out of city for business..the rooms are good, clean, with a safety box, a good bathroom with its kit, an electric kettle..the gym is very poor and there is no other leisure like swimming pool..it is the ideal solution for business trip because you can arrange informal meeting at the bar..the personnel is kind..there a wide range of sweet food available during the breakfast but there is a lack of many important continental dishes and sometimes it isn't well refill..the opening hours for the breakfast should be earlier than the current for business reasons..I never tried to have dinner in the restaurant inside because I always preferred to have dinner in some "osteria" close to the center city..the prices are aligned to the other hotels nearby..

Traveling through, my sister and I stopped here, after of course, consulting Tripadvisor. This is a wonderful hotel, pay the extra 10-12 bucks for the superior room and you will get this: large king size bed, large room, excellent linens, and yes, bathrobes too. The bathroom is of a smallish size and I would take a 1/2 circle off for that if I could but the great shower head (in the very small shower) made me forget the flaws. Great bath products, organic no less, although no body lotion. There were two shower gels so I think it was a mistake. It was late so we opted to just run downstairs to the in house restaurant. Here too I was pleasantly surprised. My sister had a lovely pasta dish and I had a grilled veal and both were good, along with a glass of Prosecco, life was good.

I normally don´t stay in hotels that belong to the big chains because they are impersonal and almost identical. However, it turned out to be a very pleasant stay here. The receptionist was extremely friendly and well-trained so it was a very good first impression. My room was pleasantly furnished, sparkling clean and the bed very comfortable. There is a large private parking towards the rear of the hotel which filled up in the evening so it is a good idea to arrive in time. Breakfast is an overwhelmingly abundant buffet. Surprisingly with all those options, several cakes and even a pancake station, there was only plain white bread, no whole grain or anything healthier. This is my only suggestion and with so many other choices I still had an excellent breakfast.

It is only a short distance to the centre but through a tunnel. However you can take any city bus for free through the tunnel as long as you board the bus right before the tunnel which is across the street from the hotel, and you must get off at the first stop right after the tunnel, which is right next to the central squares.

Highly recommended.

My family spent 1 night at the Hotel Master on are way to lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We booked a family room which was perfect as it had 2 separate bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. A double bed for me an my husband in one room and 2 singles for our teenage daughters in the other. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of choose. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. All in all i would highly recommend this hotel.
