Here on business and stayed a couple of nights. Slightly annoyed at having to pay for wi-fi, however in all other aspects the hotel met expectations. Comfy bed, well kept, reasonably quiet, clean, etc etc.

There is nothing necessarily wrong with this hotel and there is nothing necessarily noteworthy about it either. It is new, clean, and comfortable. The staff is courteous and efficient.
I was visiting Brescia for business and this hotel was selected for me. If you are going to visit Brescia for site-seeing/vacation, this is not the place to stay as it is quite isolated from everything. However, if you need the train or a shopping mall it is very close to both. The train is an easy 10 minute walk and the mall is 5 minutes.
Reception, lobby and restaurant are all very modern and clean. Had breakfast each morning and was very happy with the freshness and selection offered. Fresh baked pastries, croissants, cheeses, meats, eggs, yogurts, coffee and juice.
The room was spacious and also newly renovated with comfortable bed and modern bathroom.
The internet service was extremely expensive - particularly for a hotel which is not in a major city center.
This was my first trip to Italy so I'm not familiar with average pricing but I did feel it was a good value considering the updated building and rooms as well as the breakfast.
For business I would return to the is hotel as it offers exactly what is needed for a business traveler.

it is mostly OK, the location the rooms are OK and the furniture is OK too, but you can hear the noise from the other rooms, the interior is well furnished but the glass surfaces of everywhere make you suspicious about the cleaning, there is dusty surfaces everywhere. the safety box doesn't work, the staff is friendly, This hotel is OK for two or maximum tree day sating.

Stayed here for one night whilst attendinf the 2013 Mille Miglia, hotel was fairly easy to find from the railway station about 10 mins walk, very modern hotel with friendly receptionist and easy check-in. Room very modern and fairy spacious and even had smoking room by request. Mini bar prices high and are not free despite a previous review saying they are!
Breakfast very poor with most items running very low and we were down at 9am and it did not finish until 10am for a four star hotel it was not good.

perfect accomodation! nice staff service, very clean, excellent king size beds, good variety breakfast buffet.
About 15 minutes walk to the city center and 10 minutes walk to the central train and bus station. We walked all the distances. But even if you need to get a taxi the cost is ok( we get taxi last day from the hotel to the bus station and paid 7 euros).
Big shopping mall( with big super market ) is about 300meters close to the hotel ,open and Sundays. But I suggest go for shopping city center which is fantastic!!

This hotel appears to be a new and very modern hotel. Great bathroom and water pressure in the shower.Very Clean and very nice ammenities. I mention the water pressure as most Italian hotels are lacking in this area. Very clean and comfortable, this hotel is in a businees industrial area. Not recommended for tourist activities you are not near the center of the town. Shopping mall within walking distance (10-12 minutes) but nothing else is around. Train station is a short cab ride (10 Euro) or about a 20 minute walk. Not recommended if you have much luggage. Nice restaurant on site with limited hours of operation. The restaurant closes at 1400 until the dinner hour but do not go at 13:45 and expect to be served anything that needs to be cooked. I went in for lunch and could not be served unless I wished to order a cold plate. I left w/o eating. I did receive a very apologetic call from the manager offering to bring me a sandwich, salad or something as she felt bad that I left. That in itself speaks to their committment of customer service. Breakfast was included and just a standard european board was offered.

Room Tip: I did not experience the noise that other travlers have eleuded to other than guests letting their...
