Description: Our Brixner Sudtiroler Gasthaus located under the arcades of the old town in Brixen is personally managed since 1896 by us. Enjoy South Tyrolean hospitality in a modern setting on the ground or in a traditional tavern-restaurant on the 1st floor. The origin and the naturalness of all products used is very important to us - we use in our kitchen exclusively Tyrolean quality products and cooking without flavor and Glutamate. This offer is complemented with daily fresh products and desserts from our own pastry shop. We look forward to your visit! Family Fink and stuff

One of the premium locations in Bressanone, excellent food served, quick but not stressed service, always worth a visit

Very friendly staff. It took some time before they took our order, but the food was excellent and the bread buffet is a very nice extra to it.

We have been going to Fink for many years, but its standards seem to be falling. The local wine soup, which used to be very good, was bland, the fish was overcooked, and its sauce congealed. Could have been one bad night.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I arrived 5 mins. before kitchen closed on a Tue which is their day to close early. I was served, had a delicious meal, wine, dessert, espresso. I returned for meals on the following days of my stay. Most restaurants finish lunch at 14 hrs, in Fink you can eat all day.

We have been there at least once/ year for over twenty years. It is centrally located and, in the summer it is nice to seat outside and watch the people. There is a room on the first floor and one, more formal, on the second. In season it is crowded, but there is sufficient turnover that you don't have to wait long. The food is gastof/trattoria plus. Consistently every plate is well executed and lovely presented. Great pasta, usually with local porcini or other mushrooms, great gnocchi and sud Tirol fares. Decent wine list with excellent wines from nearby, Novacella, Terlan, etc. the service is friendly but not always consistent. The price is very appropriate for the quality of food and beverages
