We stayed for 1 night because we were travelling to southern Italy and we looked for an Ibis hotel or Novotel.
We did the check in at 1.00am without any problems and our room was really good, clean, good furbished and with a nice bathroom.
Maybe the only thing to remark was the wifi connection that didnt work at all.
Recommendable. Good experience for us.

Stayed at this hotel with my father who is confined to a wheelchair, we booked two rooms, one for me and a room for reduced mobility for him. First impressions of the hotel were that it was a little down at heel, worn carpets, and threadbare furniture in the lounge/bar area. The rooms were clean, but there was no kettle in my father's room and neither had a working safe. On our first night I parked in one of the disabled spaces near to the entrance, however after our first trip out, these were all occupied by other cars with no disabled badges, we therefore had to park in a standard bay some distance from the entrance, and as the bay was standard it made for dificulty accessing the car from a wheelchair. Tonight I visited the hotel restaurant and ordered the fixed price meal, three courses and a glass of wine for €28.00. After waiting for almost an hour after my first course I was told by the waiter that I hadn't ordered anything else, not true. We had originally intended to stay here for five nights, but have decided to leave after three. We stay in Acor hotels frequently, and usually have no problems, and expected the same here or even a little better as it is the Novotel brand, supposedly a step up from the Ibis styles. It is though, in my opinion of a much lower standard than Styles Milan, or Rome, which were our previous two stops.

You must have done something wrong to have arrived to this area - and there's not much to look forward to. The staff are nice but the whole building is in need of refurbishment. It's not really clean and even my non-smoking room had smelt like it hosted smokers before. It is acceptable but not what you expected from the brand.
