Very disappointed, Hapimag is usually far better than this. Little or no English information its in german for our guests, English guests and members don't count! the restaurant is probably best avoided as again English is not good, we ordered one thing and got another. we will probably return because we are members, but are more likely to book elsewhere.More
This was our second Hapimag stay and a success. We didn't enjoy the resort in Cefalu, Sicily as much as the Hapimag Peguerra in Mallorca which was wonderful. But it was a good place to stay. Our unit was well- equipped and comfortable with a lovely verandah and view over the gardens. The complex has a nice private beach. What was disappointing was the need to drive to Cefalu if one didn't want to eat in the complex restaurant. There is nowhere in walking distance. I was very irritated to have to pay for parking in the complex especially as one is required to park at the very top of the property and then carry all your luggage and groceries hundreds of meters down the hill to your accommodation. Another irritation was loud music from the restaurant every night until 23:30. But Sicily is lovely and Cefalu amazing so Hapimag is a good base to see some of the island.
It is correct that we charge fees for using our parking spaces. This does, however, included a free of charge luggage transport for our guests. For transporting shopping or other items, our members may use the available luggage trolleys. We will see to it that this is better communicated in the future.
We sincerely apologise for the disturbances later in the evening. Yet please note that our resort is not suited as a Relax destination during the high season, as during this time we have many guests which expect an animation programme that runs well into the night.

A nice and pleasant resort unfortunately with mismanagement: When we entered our appartement it did stink of urine and the kitchen was populated with hundreds of ants ... We cleansed ourselves.
Three days after a thunderstorm the beach had not been cleaned of refuse although all the neighbour beaches had been cleaned the first day ...
The Restaurant beeing full - the staff really claimed - Mr Director ordered a table and himself beeing served first.
Please Hapimag, do something.... Otherwise we cannot come back but the resort and Sicily would be worth the trip.
