“Not bad for last night near Rome.”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 July 2012 via mobile

Not bad place to stay but be warned (especially fellow Aussies)....when walking the 1 kilometer to the pool...take money as you need to "hire" swim caps...no warning of this so a little annoying. Otherwise pretty good stay close to Rome for our last.two nights in Italy. Air con leaked but they were quick to try and fix it. VERY basic breakfast and worst cup of tea in my life....my fault for having tea in Italy!!!

We booked this hotel to relax a few days before a cruise. Unfortunately, the pool closed for the season September 20th, but we enjoyed our stay anyhow. We had a bit of an emergency to deal with coming from Rome and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, making phone calls, arranging taxies,..We booked an apartment. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but they gave us the option of a ground floor room also. We wanted a view, which was amazing. We had a balcony over looking the Mediterranean. There was one bed room with a large bed that could be two singles if you wanted, bathroom, and kitchen/dinning room/ living room area. there was no couch in the living room but i think because we asked for extra beds and they were in that space. The tv was small and no English speaking channels, that seems to be normal in Italy. The taxi to or from the train station was 10 euros. There is also a bus. We walked to and from town a couple of times and it took about 30 mins. Breakfast was very nice, good selection and fresh cappuccinos. They had the international times newspaper to read. They have free wifi in the common areas, but we just used their computer, worked great.

Since I arrived out of vacation time, the service wasn´t good, the service don´t include Wi-Fi, the rooms are large, but the T.V. cable are short of channels, breakfast only include some pastry an juice. Air conditioned doesn’t work properly and no one can fix at night

This is a basic hotel, but the units are small apartments with a bedroom, bath and living/kitchen. The sofa makes a bed. The kitchen is adequate for basic meals. The unit was clean. It is right on the main road into town, not quite all the way into town, but it is walkable to get there for Europeans and some Americans. It is right on the coast, so okay for a family beach stay, and it has a playground for kids.

Breakfast in the morning was juice, tea, coffee, cereals, yogurt, and some really good croisants.

We would stay again if waiting for a cruise.

BEWARE: The restaurant in the hotel is a seafood restaurant. However, both our meals came out way overcooked. We would never eat there again.

In the morning daylight, we could see a pizzaria just down the main road that would be a much better choice for food.
