We booked 11 nights with evening meals. Lovely relaxing hotel. Great food. Wonderful staff, a special mention for Roberto and Pino. We had a spacious superior room overlooking the pool and were very happy with the room and view. A lovely place to stay in a great seaside town.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the pool offer an open view and are south facing.

We booked 7 nights D & BB and found the hotel to be very good value for money. We booked a Superior Room but the size of the room and the view left us disappointed. The en-suite took up space withing the actual room - 426 (I think). We asked for a change of room and were told there were not other Superior Rooms available but we could have a room with a view over the pool so we moved to Room 304. It was bigger and had a couch bed in a living room area and the view over the pool was much more sociable.
We hired a car from Nice airport because the hotel transfer was 155 euros each way. The car park across from the hotel entrance is very small and can only hold 6 small cars.
The hotel is about 50m from the train station and 170m from the main costal road.
The staff in the hotel are friendly and Roberto, in the restaurant, is charming and a great ambassador for the hotel.
The choice of food for breakfast ranged from boiled eggs, toast, croissants, cerials, cake etc. and would cater for most tastes.
The hotel is very clean and the pool area is swept every day.
Overall our impression was this hotel is in a lovely town and caters for couples and families. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone in my family or social circle.

Room Tip: If you stay in room 304 switch off the fridge at night because the noise will keep you awake. This room faces the pool and got the sun from 11.00am until the middle of the afternoon in April.

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our staff and our hotel.

We would like to point out that room 426 is considered a "Deluxe room" due to high requests, good location (high floor) and it is normally highly appreciated by all our guests.
We are sorry that it disappointed you, so we gave you an alternative accommodation, a Premium room, with pool view and hope everything was satisfying.

Please note the hotel does have three different parking lots, for a total of about 70 cars, and the one you are referring to is just the small one in front of the entrance. The other parkings are 20 meters forward on the same street and one is underground.

We really hope you enjoyed your stay with us.

Kind regards,

Paolo Giordano

We stayed at this hotel for a week, our trip was by train with Travel Editions,. we were on a DB&B basis.
A spacious clean ensuite (shower only) room with, flat screen TV, and balcony, as with many foreign hotels, no tea making facilities.
There is an outdoor pool, in Oct we found it a bit too cold - on the fifth floor a hot tub and a gym.
Breakfast was a help yourself eat as much as you like buffet which was excellent. Our dinner consisted of a buffet for starter, followed by a starter from the menu, main course and pudd. Our menu was limited, but the staff were willing to find something else if there was nothing you liked. Everything was well presented and freshly prepared as was breakfast. Wine about £15 a btl, no jugs of water, litre btls 3 euros - anything you didn't drink was kept for the next night.
Couldn't fault the staff, it was the end of a long season for them and they were all still cheerful.
The hotel is situated a few mins walk from the beach, it also has its own beach - I should think it will be busy in the summer- places were closing for the winter, but we thought it lovely and peaceful.

We had a fantastic 2 nights here. The staff could not be nicer. They went out of their way over and over for us (even lent us an adaptor for the UK), internet was free, bikes we free to borrow. It was very cute with random old objects around the hotel , like a singer, a doll, a motorbike. The bath was really cool with jacuzi functions. Pool was great, hot tub a little cold. The town itself is very quaint. Really cute antique market on sunday. We took the bikes and cycled to St John the Baptists Chapel which I would highly reccomend. Food was fine, buffet starter and a few choices for dinner. The staff really made the stay for us. It was also very clean.
