Stayed here as a base to go to Monaco Grand Prix 2014, hotel was very quiet as the season hadn't started yet so the restore itself was still being set up for the year. Private beach had just been restored to use, the swimming pool was cold but the glass surround around the pool area was great when a little bit windy. Rooms are a reasonable size and bathrooms ok but access into showers (no bath) a liitle tight if your not slim due to corner sliding doors but water always hot and plenty of pressure. Being English we were disappointed not to have tea making facilities in the room and with it being out of season getting a cuppa after 9pm was a none starter but the bar across the road seemed to be open 24/7 if you needed a drink of any kind.
There always seams to be a older persons coach party in the hotel who always get food served first which was a bit of a pain but not a major issue...
Food.... breakfast was the same selection of cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurts, scrambled eggs and what passes for bacon plus fruit etc which was ok but after a week it was about as much as I could handle, evening meals were 5 courses every night with a mixture of options which you picked at breakfast... vegetarian options were very limited and as a result omelettes and soup seemed to be the options available ok but not ideal.
Over all a good hotel and would stay there again, staff really nice, friendly and always helpful and asked how you were and wised you a good day. Worth a visit.
