It was sunday, lunch time, mid September. We were in Forte dei Marmi that week end for a wedding, happened on the day and night before. It was raining outside and we were walking randomly in the city centre. We decided to get into this restaurant for lunch by chance. It was empty as a bit early for italian standards (12:30). We sit in the dehors on the back of the place, with a bow window allowing the light the get in. Very quiet, very pleasant. The service was incredibly kind. We ordered some antipasti (prosciutto e melone, salumi misti, mozzarella, fagilli toscani) which were surprisingly good. We also ordered two simple plates of pasta with some water, it has been a business of no more than one hour. We felt like at home. Clean, polished, kind. The bill was around 25 euros per person, incredibly fair. We know other places in Forte and this is really good value for money.
