We had a superb lunch. The food was delicious and creative. The Amuse Bouche was original and full of flavour. A ceviche of fish with Foie Gras was delicious as was a new take on a tomato tart. The lamb and beef were tasty and tender. The chef is excellent. The waiting staff were charming. We had a superb bottle (actually two as it was so good) of Terlano White from the Alto Adige combining a creamy vanilla Chardonnay with an acidic Sauvignon tinge. The prices were reasonable and the wine mark up fair. This was the best meal we had locally. Sadly we didn't have time for dessert but the petit fours were prefect. They deserve a Michelin Rosette and we are sure it will be on its way.
