We went here tonight for meal. Really good food.My daughter's starter, pasta and pesto, she told me was the best pesto she'd ever tasted! The grill was great and the restaurant was packed with locals which always is a good indicator that a place is worth a trip.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to - a fantastic cuisine and a spectacular view especially if you are sitting in gardino

You must have a car to reach this hillside restaurant and to sit on the terrace you must make a booking.

There is no menu, choose the meat or the fish you want grilled and accompaniments from a short list. But the grilled steak was very tender (maybe too red for medium) and the corregone was still moist after grilling.

Waiter apologised for his excellent English!

They had no menucard, but the waiter quickly explained that we should order pasta for 1. Course and fish or meat from the grill for 2. Course. So we ordered pasta and meat/fish. Beware – you pay extra for potatoes or salad to the main course.

The fresh pasta was nice (8 euro) but the rest was below awerage. I had kebab (3 small chicken pieces and 2 pieces of sausage) with polenta – not good. My wife and daughter had fish – which was over-grilled and dry. With ‘baked’ potatoes … boiled and then baked. No dessert, no coffee. 80 Euro for 3 persons including ½ l white wine. Little value for money, but nice setting. Would not recommend.

We stayed in Villa Fasano and we had to climb about 80 meters over the hill where the restaurant is. Lovely view over the lake from restaurant`s terrace. In menu – fish and a lot of grilled meat . Nice cool white wine and beer. Reservation is required, but we were lucky.
