Best 2 week holiday ever that we didn’t want to come home.
We stayed in one of the villas 622 which I would say would be better than the hotel.
The staffs were amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
If you read the faults in previous reviews as we did before we left, then you will be pleasantly surprised as every bad comment had been redeemed.
You must remember as the rep said Sicily is new to all inclusive so things are changing all the time.
If you love Peroni, Prosecco and Real ice cream and Real Italian cooking then you will be in heaven like us.
Big thank you to Daniela and Giovanni in the Restaurant and the Archery is good the new instructor Maverick is lovely and extremely patient.
The kids club is amazing and they have their own song and dance after every show.
I wrote over 800 words of nice things for our review bit as we have only 200 to put on this page I think it says it all .
If they contacted us to say we had a free holiday there then we would be back on the first plane

Room Tip: we were in room 622 which was an outside villa , think this is better than the hotel as you have outside seating area and clothes drier which worked for us.

Let me put your mind at rest, this hotel is very well run, just new to All Inclusive!

Firstly, check in at reception was quick and speedy! staff very helpful and pleasant as are all staff in this hotel. Everyone said hello as you passed them. The room key card is scanned every time you go to the restaurant or bar (better than wearing a wrist band and it's their way of checking stock). The card is also used to reserve your sunbed and parasol on the beach (you can change the towel at any time, other reviews said you only got one towel a week) not so! We had the same beds for the week which was great as it was yours at any time of the morning, no rushing to fight other holidaymakers for a bed! How civilised!!

Staff couldn't be more helpful. Our air conditioning became poor, we went to Reception prior to dinner, by the time we went back to our room it was fixed. I messed up the safe code twice and both times it was fixed within 5 minutes of ringing reception. Better service than any hotel I've ever stayed at!

You used one restaurant for all Inclusive guests the Oasys Restaurant. This is classed as the 'children's restaurant' which makes you think of tiny tables and chairs and a separate menu, well it's not! They have an annexe with small tables for children if you wish to use them, this restaurant is just like any other buffet restaurant we've used, child friendly.

Buffet was fine for us, 3 meat dishes, fish, 4 pastas/ risotto, soup, salads and lots of antipasti. Fresh fruit and lovely cakes/gateaux. Breakfast had cereals, yoghurt, breads, pastries, jams etc. hams, cheese etc. bacon, sausage, tomatoes, boiled eggs and scrambled (just like any other hotel, made and kept in a warmer) not everyone's choice. No egg station but we didn't need one with everything else available! Try the blood orange juice it's fresh and very red in colour!

The wine is given in bottles on your table along with still or sparkling water. No limit to how many you wanted, the staff always asked if you wanted more, the restaurant staff were very attentive and the tables dressed with quality starched tablecloths and napkins. The staff looking very smart too!

There are 4 bars. Olympic pool bar, beach bar, Calypso bar and from 6pm the Olympus Cafe. all Inclusive can use all 4. There are snacks available from noon till midnight with a selection of ice creams, soft scoop and stick freezer type. Slush drinks and a very good selection of branded alcoholic drinks. Try the orange spritzer of aperol, prosecco and soda, typical Italian drink, dry but sweet. You can't go to Italy without trying it! It's like not eating an authentic pizza or pasta!

You can use the Pizzeria or Seafood restaurants at a discounted price. We didn't. The hotel is a very short walk to bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops and a longer walk into Naxos itself to see the lidos and more shops etc. A bit further is Taormina which is a must! Very quaint with amazing views of the coast and mount Etna. You could see Mt Etna from our hotel! stand at the back of the amphitheatre! we saw its erupting red lava flow. The sunset trip was fabulous too worth every penny. Can't believe we stood on the edge of volcano craters and stood alongside Mt Etna at the top 2900 metres high, it was wow!!

Just a couple of negatives. Yes other reviews about the garden villas are right, they could do with a refurb but our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was bright, light and airy. We had a gorgeous shared garden with orange/lemon/lime/olive/palm trees. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. Second negative, hair dryer in the bathroom was poor so bring your own, I bought one as the hotel did not have another to lend me (again though, they checked this out with housekeeping immediately). Thirdly, bring beach shoes as the beach is shingle and pebbles, quite how I like it, not messy sand everywhere! It does shelve quickly so be prepared for deep water!

Think I've covered everything. To sum up, all 4 of us said we would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Hotel main building rooms apparently have been refurbished but we actually preferred the garden villa as it was away from entertainment or bars where people may sit later to finish a drink after the bars close at 12 midnight. There was no noise at room 564 either from the ampitheatre or the main hotel. Think hotel rooms cost more too

Hotel is very good, especiale thanks for a assistance Rosario and Giovanni for helping me in gym room which was very nice. They were so kindly, friendly and helpful. Service in restorant was very careful and professional. The Hotel has a huge pool for adults and professional swimmers and a small one near the sea for kids. Beach is very nice and clean. Generally the place is very nice, so I definetly recommend you to stay here for a couple of weeks.

The resort is well located, close to the Naxos bay with the Etna in the back garden. The swimming pools and animation for kids are excellent, the bungalow rooms are good. Our airo got broken though was fixed within short time. Average are the food quality and general management - not interested in want guests think. The resort is also pretty noisy for a relax vacation. Four stars are really the max I would rate this resort. Strange the high score the resort got on the Neckermann web page. But yes, we're in Sicily...

My husband and I stayed here in June'14 for a week, all inclusive. The hotel and grounds are lovely. The Olympic pool is massive!!! My husband and I could only do four lengths and that was with a rest on each length! Plenty of sunbeds around the pools. We up graded to a sea view room, it was lovely to wake up, looking straight out to the sea. The entertainment was good. The buffet was excellent, plenty of choice, different meats each night! Bar olypus was brilliant, every night they have a guy playing the guitar and singing. Very good. On one evening we witness Mount Etan, erupting, you could see the lava coming down. We had a fabulous week here, nice and relaxing. We will defiantly be back again soon.
