We stayed here on a trip to go to Verona for the opera (which sadly was washed out...)
The campsite is very clean. Good pitches with trees to offer some privacy.
The shop has a great selection, more like a deli than a campsite shop.
They have a pizzeria, which does OK food, but I wasn't impressed with their food hygiene; one time I was waiting to be served, they'd obviously just prepared the wrong pizza for a customer, so off came the meat, the onions, etc, back into their containers and on when the veg. So watch carefully if you're a strict vegetarian or have any food allergies!!
They seem to have an enthusiastic child entertainment program; it was going past 9pm when the pizza/bar had closed down!
Liked it; would go back.
