The owner Marta was lovely and very helpful. The palazzo is located a 30 second walk from a great little via packed with amazing restaurants and right by one of the main sights of Lecce. Parking was easy and Marta took care of relevant permit in advance of our arrival. We booked via an English company called Original Italy who were fantastically helpful and clearly know this place well.
Breakfast is served in a a neighbouring cafe/restaurant which is lovely and although no food is served in the palazzo itself they have very considerately provided a huge range of water /teas /coffees and light snacks (cakes /biscuits etc) so he are refreshments easily to hand.
The room was HUGE with a large comfy bed and lots of original furniture and plenty of space. Unfortunately the bathroom was not in such good condition. Plaster and paint were crumbling off the wall and there was clearly damp/mould although not in the shower itself. To be fair it wasn't in a terrible state but was surprised (from condition of the rest of the building) that this hadn't been remedied.
