The day long course that we attended was more than just a cooking course. It was a great experience. you share Silvestro's home for the day, working with the other course members to produce both a lunch and later a dinner. You visit the local market and because of our particular interest in wine, we visited a wine merchant too.
Lecce itself is a beautiful town and we enjoyed a tour of the town the day after the course.
I'm looking forward to putting the new recipes into action.
